Beautiful, spacious condo located in a great area of Pigeon Forge. We are right off of the Parkway. 1400 square feet to enjoy with a king bed in the master, a king bed in the second bedroom and a queen bed in the third bedroom. We also have a really nice electric self-sustaining queen air mattress in addition to a nice new queen sleeper sofa for the living room. We have new Samsung smart televisions and DVD players in each bedroom and in the living room. Cable is provided. New flooring throughout. All of the bedrooms have beautiful LOG FURNITURE from LogHeads Home Furnishings in Sevierville TN! Super cool foosball table in the living room! The kitchen is nicely appointed with everything you need to have a great home cooked meal while you are enjoying your vacation. We even have a Keurig if you're a coffee lover!! We have a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and stove/oven. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and glassware, basic pot and pan sets, toaster, waffle maker and blender. There are two full bathrooms in this unit. The master bathroom has a garden tub and separate shower. The second bathroom has a shower with a single sink. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as an ironing board and iron. The resort is located in the Mountain View Condos on Plaza Drive between traffic lights 0 and 1 behind The Local Goat restaurant. At the main road, there is a trolley stop for $.50 rides throughout Pigeon Forge. We are close to Dollywood, Dolly's Splash Country, The Titanic, Hollywood Wax Museum, Country Tonight, Wonderworks, Tanger Outlet Mall, Lumberjack Feud, Dolly's Stampede, The Great Smokies National Park for those who enjoy hiking, biking, bird watching and the great outdoors. One of our favorite activities are the Escape Rooms in Pigeon Forge! There are plenty of arcades, go kart tracks and miniature golf courses for the young at heart of all ages. After a fun filled day then relax by the pool or in the hot tub. Spend the evening on your private balcony enjoying the mountain views and evening breezes. Take in a movie at the condo or at the theater just down the road. Enjoy great cuisine at many of the great restaurants in the area. Some of our personal favorites are, The Local Goat and Paula Deen's. For pizza we love Mellow Mushroom. You've got to try Curl de la Creme for an extra special ice cream treat! Its next to Publix on the Parkway. We are on the second floor. An elevator is available and the unit is wheelchair accessible. We have free wifi throughout, smart TVs and cable, phone use for local service. Sheets and towels sets are provided for your stay. Parking is free. The resort features one outdoor pool and one indoor pool. The outdoor pool has a mushroom water feature and shallow wading area and is heated October - December and March - May. The indoor pool is usable and heated when necessary for year long availability. Pool towels are available for you. Our grounds also have tether ball, volleyball, horseshoes, two play structures, basketball court, shuffleboard, and a 17 person jetted outdoor hot tub. There are many outside grills as well as picnic areas. Be sure to check out our newest amenity, a quarter mile walking trail on our 5 acre green space. You will love the park like setting and your kids will love the space to roam. Remember, this is a pet free resort and a smoke free room. We live approximately 2-1/2 hours from Pigeon Forge and frequently visit the condo to make sure it is it optimal condition for your visit. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. The condo is very centrally located but tucked away from the noise. The condo backs up to the woods. There is a play area next to the building and we saw deer each night! I loved staying in a condo where everyone was on one level. The owners were wonderful and quick to respond! It is well decorated as well as stocked with what you need. We especially appreciated the ample towels and washcloths supplied. Lots of space in the bathrooms. It was nice to be on the 2nd floor where stairs are located giving easy access to either choose stairs or elevator. The condo is on the end of the floor giving extra light that you wouldn't otherwise have. The outdoor pool was lots of fun for us. As mentioned above the location is in a great location on the pkwy, but nicely tucked away on a slight hill providing plenty of privacy from the busy road. We were there for a baseball tournament at Ripken and it was 10-15 mins getting there during busy times which was great. We went to the Hatfield/McCoy Dinner Theater which was 10 mins away and truly had a great time. The boys enjoyed a trip to Digging Zone highly recommend as it turned out to be fun for adults as well. Went with a 2 day pass at Dollywood which is about 25 mins in busy traffic. We enjoyed meals at Azul, Junction 35 and breakfast at Sunliner Diner. Our hosts were great with communication and we had asked to modify our dates not long after booking and then decided to stay an extra day in which we were able to do. This was the perfect place for us to stay and it was very close to the venue. Property was very nice, clean, and the amenities were great to have for the kids. The owner was very responsive to texts. The only downside to this property is there is an issue with the internet. After being out all day it’s nice to be able to enjoy the tv. The stations are all operated through internet and the internet was extremely sketchy. Meaning we couldn’t watch a 30 minute show without interruptions. Other than that the property, communication and location was excellent. ##### Melanie H. The condo was very clean when we arrived, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was perfect to cook meals for 6 adults. The one and only thing that I would say could be seen as a negative is the WiFi was not great. The ability to watch TV at night after dinner was not possible. ##### Christopher P. The location was great and it was so easy getting in and out of! It was perfect for our little weekend trip but it was so inviting I wish we could have stayed longer. It was quiet, and we enjoyed seeing turkeys out our window. I would suggest supplying each bedroom with a step stool to aid in getting in the tall beds for guests who might need them. I would also suggest giving TV remote instructions out as each TV had different remotes and was tedious trying to figure them out. ##### Lauren C.
