A three-story deck with plenty of rocking chairs is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and to finish off a fantastic day of hiking the National Park with a glass of wine and the outdoor hot tub on the lower level deck. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled before every stay. Main Floor: The main level features an open floor plan with living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room features an electric fireplace and large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. There is one bedroom with a King size bed, a full bathroom, and a half bathroom on the main floor. The living room sofa is also a queen size sofa sleeper. Upper Level: The upper level features two bedrooms with king size beds, each with a full bathroom. Lower Level: Kids and adults will fall in love the lower level game room with an air hockey table and a large television. A bathroom, laundry room, family room with a sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and another bedroom with 2 twin bunkbeds completes the lower level. Access to the lower level deck and the hot tub is through the game room. A supply of board/card games will keep all ages entertained. There is Wi-Fi and high-speed internet as well as cable tv with HBO on all 6 televisions. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (1) What is the minimum age to book the cabin? The cabin is available for booking by any responsible adult above the legal minimum age of 18\. (2) What linens and household supplies are provided? We provide linens for beds, bath towels and wash cloths as well as a supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, kitchen trash bags, cleaning supplies and travel/hotel size shampoo, and body soap bar for each bathroom. (3) What does the kitchen include? The kitchen includes everything you would expect in a normal kitchen – stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, various size pots and pans, baking sheets, wine glasses, and dinnerware. There is also a counter with six stools and a dining table with two chairs and two benches that can seat three people each. (4) Do you provide a grill? There is a campground style charcoal grill available out front. Charcoal, matches, and lighter fluid are not provided. (5) Do you allow pets? We understand that pets are also members of the family. Well-trained pets (house-trained and crate-trained) are welcome at the cabin. Please do not allow pets on any furniture when inside the cabin. If you are bringing pets, you must check the box for "I am traveling with pets" under "Travelers" as part of your reservation and a one-time pet fee of $175 will be applied at booking. (6) Are there any steep or winding roads leading to the cabin? The cabin is right off the Parkway so no need to travel on any steep or winding roads to access the cabin. (7) When will I get the address and access information? Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate message and email approximately 3 days prior to check-in. (8) What time is Check-In and Check-Out? You may check in any time after 4:00 p.m. and must checkout prior to 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. The bathrooms even have a kit that includes all the bathroom essentials. Plus the kitchen has that as well. (You will also be provided with toliet paper and paper towels!) We loved the location! It was located very close to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. We had easy access to everywhere we wished to go with the bypass close as well. The house has three king bedrooms with their own bathrooms. One is located on the main floor and two upstairs. Downstairs is a queen bedroom that shares a jack and Jill bath with the bunk bed rooms. The owner. Martin, was very informative and made sure everything was needed for a great vacation. We would recommend this place!!! We plan on coming back and staying here again. ##### Rachel S. The bottom floor was perfect for the kids. They loved game room, bunk beds and hot tub. The main floor was perfect for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of food was prepared and eaten. We had a large family group, ages 10 to 67, with our pets and we had plenty of space. Everyone loved air hockey and the hot tub. The living areas gave us lots of rooms to spread out or hang out together. The host was great to communicate with and responded to questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Easy access to hiking, Dollywood and restaurants. The 3 bedrooms on the main level and upstairs are spacious with nice ensuite bathrooms. Our grandkids loved the air hockey. This cabin was very clean and as nice as it was advertised. It was close enough that we could ride to the Parkway on our Street Legal Golf Carts. Very close to all of Pigeon Forge and very nice. Everything was ready when we arrived. Clean and tidy. So close to everything and no huge hills to drive up and a beautiful view from our back porch. The cabin was very nice and clean and had everything you needed to get your vacation started. EVERYTHING I MEAN EVERYTHING is so close to you. I would say this booking was as described, but it was so much better. There was plenty of everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Everything was clean(bathrooms and kitchen being the most important to me). The air hockey table downstairs was a plus. The beds were comfortable. Checkout and checkin were incredibly easy and hassle free. Communication with the host was great. He was quick to respond and very helpful. The cabin location was by everything, and no 45degree angled mountain roads lol, but still had a cozy mountain feel. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay. My family did not want to leave! I only want to stay at this location from now on when I visit Tennessee!! ##### Tedra B. If you have elderly, this house could be challenging. Some beds are too high for short folks. Getting in and out of the bathtubs can be a bit difficult for the short or the elderly. Cabin was easy to find. Only 2 minutes from Veterans Blvd and Teaster Lane. Flat driveway parking for 4 vehicles. Enjoyed the cabin. Plenty of space for our family gathering. Had perfect weather, enjoyed sitting out on the covered balcony and eating at the picnic table. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Kitchen spacious for cooking big meals. Well stocked.
