CABIN SUMMARY  
  
Perfect for large families or groups, this luxury log cabin can sleep 14 guests with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 queen bunk beds, and 2 queen sofa sleepers. A two-story deck with plenty of rocking chairs is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and to finish off a fantastic day of hiking the National Park with a glass of wine and the outdoor hot tub on the lower level deck. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled before every stay.  
  
Main Floor: The main level features an open floor plan with living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room features an electric fireplace and large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. There is one bedroom with a king size bed, a full bathroom, and a half bathroom on the main floor. The living room sofa is also a queen size sofa sleeper. The full-sized washing machine and dryer are also located on the main floor.  
  
Upper Level: The upper level features one bedroom with a king-sized bed, full bath, and a garden tub.  
  
Lower Level: Kids and adults will fall in love the lower level game room with a with a foosball table, television, sofa sleeper, and arcade game. A bathroom, family room, one bedroom with queen bunk beds and another bedroom with a queen bed completes the lower level. Access to the lower level deck and the hot tub is through the game room. A supply of board/card games will keep all ages entertained.  
  
There is Wi-Fi and high-speed internet as well as cable tv with HBO on all 6 televisions.

(1) What is the minimum age to book the cabin?  
  
The cabin is available for booking by any responsible adult above the legal minimum age of 18.  
  
(2) What linens and household supplies are provided?  
  
We provide linens for beds, bath towels and wash cloths as well as a supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, kitchen trash bags, cleaning supplies and travel/hotel size shampoo, and body soap bar for each bathroom.  
  
(3) What does the kitchen include?  
  
The kitchen includes everything you would expect in a normal kitchen – stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot, various size pots and pans, baking sheets, wine glasses, and dinnerware. There is also a counter with four stools and a dining table with eight chairs.  
  
(4) Do you provide a grill?  
  
There is a campground style charcoal grill available out front. Charcoal, matches, and lighter fluid are not provided.  
  
(5) What is your pet policy?  
  
We understand that pets are also members of the family. Well-trained pets (house-trained and crate-trained) are welcome at the cabin. Please do not allow pets on any furniture when inside the cabin. If you are bringing pets, you must check the box for "I am traveling with pets" under "Travelers" as part of your reservation and a one-time pet fee of $150 will be applied at booking.  
  
(6) Are there any steep or winding roads leading to the cabin?  
  
The cabin is right off the Parkway so no need to travel on any steep or winding roads to access the cabin.  
  
(7) When will I get the address and access information?  
  
Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate message and email approximately 3 days prior to check-in.  
  
(8) What time is Check-In and Check-Out?  
  
You may check in any time after 4:00 p.m. and must checkout prior to 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

We had a great stay with family and friends. The cabin was in a great location with plenty of space for everyone. Loved that there are 2 king bedroom suites. Decks were relaxing with a nice view and hot tub.

We loved the cabin. It accommodated 14 of us well. It was located in a most convenient place for our visit to Dollywood and use of the Pigeon Forge Trolley. The green space in back afforded a relaxing and good view of some wildlife from the balconies. The owner, Martin, answered all our questions, sometimes even before we were able to ask!

#### Perfect cabin for a short getaway

This cabin is perfect for a getaway in the Gatlinburg area. We had 12 adults and plenty of room. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location! Highly recommend.

#### Very Close to Main Strip and Nice

The cabin is cute and we had everything we needed. Loved the deck. The living room is small but was fine for just the two of us. Loved the downstairs. I was very disappointed with lack of Christmas decor. There was a tree with very minimal ornaments and that’s all. I had specifically asked would it be decorated as it was important to us. I did contact the owner and they were very responsive and even offered to get whatever we wanted sent to us but we didn’t want them to go to such trouble and that was very nice of them. I personally wouldn’t consider this luxury but nice.

#### Great location, house could use some work

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cabin with minor issues. The real only issue is that the foundation needs slabjacking as everything is slanted and nothing will stay put, the doors swing open and closed unexpectedly. Bring your own BBQ as the one onsite is bent. The floors were filthy we ended up having to wash them the first night. Some previous tenants had thrown their clothes over the deck rails along with beers cans so that was waiting on the lawn for us. We spoke with Martin a few times about this but nothing was ever done. Location was great just needs some work to be 5 star.
