One minor inconvenience was that the WiFi didn’t work in our cabin but the property manager was responsive and worked to resolve issue. The bigger issue for us were the stairs. No one liked using them and quite frankly I was terrified they were going to collapse every time I had to use them. We were visiting Dollywood and wanted somewhere super close. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed the hot tub after a long day at the park. It never reached over 75 degrees but this wasn’t a huge issue for us. The TV in one the bedrooms wasn’t working and management said they would take care of it right away. Our family (two adults and 3 teenagers, almost adults) stayed here for an entire week. The cabin was perfect, not to big, not to small. The two decks provided enough space for all of us. Hot tub and grill were nice. It was clean, the washer/dryer and dishwasher made it nice to buy and cook food. There is a grocery store right up the road. Very close access to both the strip and Dollywood. Our manager Stacy was nice and if we needed her she answered. The only downfall I could find was the road noise, but honestly, it was tucked far enough up in the trees it didn't bother us. Beds were comfy with tons of pillows! My son loved the bunk beds and hot tub. We even had a Bald Eagle nest right by our porch. Close to everything, but far enough away to relax.
