My 12 yr old son said it was the best place we’ve stayed! No doubt because he loved all the entertainment options. We came in December and would love to see it during the summer. Be aware that the roads to get through this very cute neighborhood are very steep and winding. We discussed how we would’ve been out of luck if there was any kind of ice or snow while we were there. Everything is just as listed, but note that the sleeper sofas have very thin mattresses (like most do) that would not be great for a teen or adult picky about their mattress. My 12 yr old had no problem with it though! Thanks again for the memorable stay in beautiful Pigeon Forge! ##### C D. We stayed at this location for a long weekend as two couples to enjoy the town and it was perfect! The house was exactly like the pictures that were shown online and both couples were very happy with the layout and decor of the home as well as the location to all of the attractions. I stayed with my 4 year old son and he had a blast. He loved the arcade and movie room. I loved the back decks and bathtub in the upstairs bedroom. I have rented many properties in the area and thjs was the most well-equipped of any of them. The location was great, 3 minutes to the parkway and plenty of back roads to stay out of traffic. The house was spotless and Carole thought of many things to keep guests comfortable. I have no complaints and hope to return in the future. ##### Amanda L.
