The condo is exactly as pictured and is located right off the parkway next to all the attractions. The host was great and super responsive. The day we arrived the elevator wasn’t working and the condo is on the 6th floor. We had to carry all our luggage up six flights of stairs. Just something to be aware of. The condo is also next to the elevator so you hear it every time it does move. It wasn’t super loud but it was noticeable. The floors also really needed to be mopped.On the plus side, we really enjoyed the balcony. It overlooks the gravity park so we watched people zorbing down the hill. We also got to see nightly fireworks from Dollywood and the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the Mile. It was also surprisingly quiet for being close to so many attractions. ##### Dana E. First time booking through VRBO and this property owner...great experience overall! Beautiful accommodations within close proximity to many attractions, dining options, and the Smokey Mountain National Park. The owner was prompt with communicating and assured we had a well stocked, clean and comfortable condo to call home while on vacation. It had a nice Mountain View especially after the snow! The only problem was with the elevator which was not working when we arrived. A repairman was able to get it working in a short time. It again was not working the morning we left and I had to lug our belongings down six flights of steps making several trips! ##### Jay C. We loved the lazy boy recliners after a day at Dollywood,shopping etc. The master bath was large, loved the large shower. The location is very central.
