If you’re sensitive to noise or seeking a completely quiet environment, this may not be the best match. ★ Parking - This home has TWO parking spaces only and street parking is not permitted. Please plan to carpool in if you have more than 2 vehicles, as the City of Pigeon Forge may tow cars parked in the street. There is not room for RV or Trailer parking. ★ Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, unless previously arranged with the host. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. ★ For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, kcups, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. ★ Please note that the hot tub is emptied and cleaned before each new guest and takes around 6 hours to heat up. Depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. ★ Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills.
