Kitchen had all we needed, house was very clean! This house is our favorite place to stay! Great location and plenty of room for a big group!! Owner communication is very fast and they are very friendly! Highly recommend!

Wonderful location! We were there for a youth conference at the LeConte Center and it was wonderful. We had 23 people over 5 families and had a fantastic time. So much room for everyone to space out. Plenty of room for cooking and eating. Close by to everything in Pigeon Forge. Would definitely recommend!

Everything about the stay was well represented in the listing. The property was located very well to all the things Sevierville and Gatlinburg have to offer. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Location is fantastic. Beds were very comfy. Property needs some external tlc. Furniture is a little worn, lay out is different but it did what we needed it to do. Indoor basketball made up for the little things.

Excellent communication

The property was excellent clean and ready. The communication was top notch. Even with the snow that came in we had an excellent time. This is a great property for a large group with preteens and teenagers.

Great experience

Our church youth group came to Pigeon Forge for Shabbach, which is a youth conference held at the LeConte center. The house was perfect for our stay. The location is just Few minutes from everywhere we needed to go. The House has plenty of room and the gym was a big hit. It was also very nice. The manager took care of us . I highly recommend.

It was big enough for the 19 of us and still had plenty of more , very close to town and the teens we had loved the basketball court , the only thing it’s missing is a pool table for the adults to play !! Other than we will be booking again

Everything is as we remembered it to be from our previous stays. We enjoyed being there together as a family. The cooktop eyes turn on accidentally when bumped by the hips of the cook or passersby. We had that happen 3 times while cooking and had some burnt food and some smoke etc. We took the knobs off so the kids wouldn’t accidentally cause a fire. The eyes obviously burn hot and they are hard to cook on anyway. There are a lot of duplicate items in the kitchen and some sorting and purging old items is needed. The couch and chair in the den need to be replaced soon. The vacuum cleaner didn’t seem to pick up dirt well. Overall, the space accommodated the size of our party well and we had a great time together celebrating Christmas.

School field trip dream house

When I found this house on VRBO I thought for sure it was too good to be true......but it was amazing! This house was perfect for a junior class field trip that had mostly boys. Hours of entertainment , In fact the boys didn't want to leave the house. It had everything you needed and didnt have to worry about bringing any of those extra items from home like linens and towels. We loved eating as a group at the dining room table. Even the adults got to relive their inner child by playing games like pac man and space invaders! We give this rental a 5 star and would highly recommend to anyone traveling with teens.

Pigeon Forge Home

This home was exactly as stated in the information for our vacation stay. There were 11 of us and we were never on top of each other unless eating. Having 2 family rooms on the 1st floor was wonderful and then another one down in the basement game room with the indoor basketball court. The home was great since we had some rain off and on and had to stop outdoor activities once in awhile but still had the basketball court and game room to use while waiting to go back outdoors to have more fun. There is a nice fenced in backyard for children to play or if you have a pet with you. I would definitely stay here again.

Best yet

Every year our family, kids and grandchildren, meet in the Pigeon Forge area for a get together. We have stayed in several areas and in different cabins. Last years cabin was one we would never return to because the description did not match up to what we experienced. Some of the others were nice but none measured up to this place. We got what we expected and if things work out we will be returning. The grandchildren loved the game room and basketball court, as did their fathers. We actually had a dining table where we (14) could all be seated at the same time. The kitchen was spacious so we weren’t stepping on each other at meal time. It is well stocked with plates, eating utensils and things you need to eat and fix meals. Two refrigerators helped a bunch. A small sitting/bar room was nice. Five bedrooms with king size beds was fantast. The dorm room with three (queen?) size beds was great for the grandsons. The only drawback was not all the bathrooms were en-suite but no one really complained. The place is huge and well kept. It is in a quiet neighborhood which was fine with us. Probably better there than the last two cabins we had with noisy neighbors. The hot tub was big but we did not use it. Our only recommendation would be to replace some pots as they are showing signs of wear, or just where stupid people used metal utensils on nonstick pans. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs one for a fairly large group. Donna our host was great.

We had a group of 16 from our local church. They loved the basketball court the most. We found the large table very accommodating for our Bible studies. The proximity to town was unmatched! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. :)

The house was quite spread out and several rooms very cold, could not get temperature up in them.Some had hard time sleeping in them.Several chairs were broken in the back so put them aside so no one fell & got hurt.

We picked this one because of walk in showers. We had a couple in our group that use walkers n could not use showers bc no grab bars. Not sure that meets codes. Also did not mention 1st floor has to share bathroom. Otherwise nice for groups.
