THE GRITZ CARLTON- This incredible brand new luxury cabin in the very popular Sherwood Forest Resort is conveniently located to all Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions, and very close to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The Gritz Carlton accommodates 18 and features breathtaking mountain views with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, theater room, game room, hot tub, indoor heated swimming pool, 3 decks, ample parking with wheel chair accessibility to the main level, and a code compliant fire suppression system. . The main level has a very nice, open floor plan with 2 bedrooms, each with a king bed and private bathroom with shower. The gourmet kitchen, dining room and great room area is great for entertaining, with a convenient half bath just off the the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including two sinks, double oven, microwave, a bar with seating for 6, and a table to accommodate 8. The great room has a flat screen TV with a Sonos speaker, sleeper sofa, 4 comfortable chairs and a gas fireplace. The open floor plan promotes socializing while preparing your favorite meal and enjoying the magnificent views. The upper level features one bedroom with a king bed, bunk twin beds with a trundle bed, private bathroom with shower and a private deck. Another bedroom has a king bed and a Jack & Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination that is also accessed from the game room. The amazing game room offers shuffle board, air hockey, a multicade game, flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, day bed and a bar table to play your favorite board/card games. Make sure you bring your favorite video games to enjoy on the Smart TV. The lower level has a fantastic indoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, half bathroom, laundry room and an impressive theater room with a huge screen and surround sound with seating for 18. We had a great visit! The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our host checked on us after we checked in to make sure everything was ok, which was very thoughtful. The layout of this cabin is perfect for our family, as my parents and in laws each got to have a room on the main level so that they did not have to negotiate the stairs.

Easter!

We rented this house for our kids, grandkids, and ourselves for Easter. 14 of us. We loved this house. It is perfect for everyone to be together, yet have some privacy, with each bedroom having its own bath and plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved the pool. The adults loved the hot tub. We all loved the amazing theatre room! Very clean, and so well stocked!! We hope to be back someday to enjoy those beautiful views!!

Family Thanksgiving Trip

The house was as advertised. Very nice and clean. The pool worked out great for the kids. The theater room is great with stadium seating, but was difficult to get the TV/Projector working. The views were amazing. Hot tub functioned very well. We would come back and rent again. Thanks

We truly enjoyed our stay. View was amazing! Place is very clean and appreciated everything offered. We never could get the tv to work on the main floor but it wasn’t a huge deal but might want to be looked at for your next guest.

Stunning views

The Gritz Carlton is a very nice cabin. It has wonderful views and the house was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and their was plenty to do if you just wanted to stay in for the night. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. And the whole family really enjoyed the theater room. Definitely a go back too cabin.

We had a great stay at the Gritz Carlton for a girls weekend. The house was clean with plenty of amenities for a larger group. The only issue we found was that we could not connect to two of the smart TVs in the game room and living room. Overall great stay!

Tennessee winter adventure

Overall we had a great stay! The views were top notch. The cabin was spotless upon our arrival. Check in was very prompt at 3pm, no sooner. The owner of the cabin came to say hello, leave a welcome gift and check to ensure that everything was running smoothly, which was very sweet. One thing we weren’t expecting is the steep, winding, mountain driving to get to our cabin. Thankfully we had a large SUV with 4wd because we did get snow the first night and one of the roads that lead to the entrance to the cabin development had a 10+ car pile up. We managed just fine, but others did not. The cabin its self was beautiful, the pool/hot tub was clean with phenomenal views. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensils we could need. The gas fire place was a cozy touch in the winter. The cabin is just as good as the pictures if not better! Thank you for our stay!

Amazing, top notch!

This property is awesome. Our entire party of 13 loved everything about it. The bedrooms are nice with attached bathrooms, the hang out area / kitchen is perfect for adults. The kids loved the game room, pool and theater room. The kitchen was completely stocked. The view and deck areas are great. Location is great. Zero complaints! The owners really invested in this property!! We loved the Christmas decorations and treat we had on arrival. We would love to stay here again and will recommend to all our friends!

Nice home but missing a few key components to make it 5-star

Pros: very large house with big master suites, large kitchen with lots of dishes and silverware, hot tub, views, plenty of furniture on balconies, fireplace, close to town, welcome basket Cons: 10 am check-out, were not warned about construction next door (this is a huge no-no for me in a vrbo situation), there are standard things in other vrbos we've stayed at like salt/pepper and hair dryers (each master suite should have one in my opinion and four of us didn't see one in any of ours), there was a locked gate to the development later at night that we were not told about (no code was given and we had to walk around it to trip it to get through), tried to reach someone about the gate and another issue on day of check-out and neither of the after hours numbers got us to a live person All in all we enjoyed our stay and the house itself is most important.

Perfection!

Although I was apprehensive about staying up in the mountains off the strip, this cabin was totally worth my fears. It was amazingly perfection! The views, pool, porches, movie room, game room, and hot tub were all perfect for my family of 17 to all be together. The cabin was spotless, and freshly decorated as pictured, and was well stocked beyond my belief! Every kind of wine glass, cooking/eating utensils, supplies for laundry, kitchen, etc., were all so unexpected! Other than maybe having a few more washcloths and hand towels, there was plenty of everything!! None of us wanted to leave and could have easily stayed on a few more days. It certainly was a home away from home! Thank you for hosting a home for a vacation that was perfection!

Tennessee Vacay

Gritz Carlton was the perfect house for our family! We had 8 4 couples and 8 kids. Plenty of beds for all to sleep comfortably. The adults loved just sitting, sipping and visiting on the big private balconys loving the gorgeous view. Sunrises were amazing! KIddos loved coming in from a day of activities and getting in the indoor pool, or playing in the game room. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub! This house literally had everything you could need (even a waffle iron)! I would highly recommend this vacation home!

Mountain View’s from an amazing house!

Gritz Carlton was one of the most well kept and stocked houses I have ever stayed in. Nothing was lacking in the kitchen or any other part of the house. The grandkids loved the pool and the loft game area so much they hated to leave to go mountain exploring! Would love to make this an annual trip just to stay at this house!

We stayed here for a week for spring break. We loved the property, the views were amazing. It was very clean and exactly how it was described online. We had two families staying here and the kids already asked if we could book again. The owners/rental company were very welcoming and responsive to questions. Loved our stay here! Had everything we could ever imagine. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Exceptionally clean! Very “homey” feel. Top of the line everything! Beds were comfy and the extra blankets were a nice touch! Theater is fabulous! Views were great as well. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!
