Condo located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, TN 3603 Plaza Drive

This condo has a gorgeous mountain view, with spacious accommodations located just off the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Near by attractions Hollywood Wax Museum, The Titanic, Hatfield and McCoys, and many other attractions and restaurants. We are also located only minutes from Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and all the fun Pigeon Forge and The Smokey's has to offer.

Located in building 3 on the sixth floor with a great mountain view. Our unit is across the parking lot from the indoor pool, the outdoor pool and hot tub.

CONDO FEATURES:
BRAND NEW FURNITURE 2018 - Master bed room with a king bed, shower and jacuzzi tub, 1 set of bunk beds, 1/2 bath, upgraded appliances, fine cabinetry, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, washer and dryer, ceramic tile in the showers, bathrooms and other common areas, a TV in the living room and bedroom with a DVD player in the master bedroom, fireplace in the living room, and a private patio for you to enjoy while the kids are at the pool, so you can still have a romantic week in the mountains even when you bring the little ones. 0ur condo is all so furnished with bath towels, washcloths, paper towels, dish detergent, bar soap, trash bags, serving utensils, silverware, mixing bowls, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster blender, and a blow dryer! you may also enjoy our free outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool available for guest use with pool bands provided.

Awesome place!!! This was perfect for my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 littles). Set up was great. Nice furniture and comfy king sized bed. Loved the location. Close to everything but still nice and quiet. Loved the indoor pool and playground for the kids. Only suggestion is that it could use a good deep clean such as baseboards, dusting, etc. Seems to be just surfaced clean. Also would be good if a broom or vacuum was left in a closet, it was difficult to keep the floor tidy with kids. Other than that we loved it and will be back!!

The condo was clean and was as described in the pictures. It was perfectly located to get to all the amenities on the strip. The view was spectacular from the balcony. The bunk beds in the cupboard/closet were unique. Perfect for two smaller children or young or smaller adults. Our son is 6 ft so the bottom bunk worked fine for him. He would not have been able to get on the top bunk. There was a huge hot tub in the bathroom but we didn’t use it, so can’t comment on it. The shower was powerful. The pool area looked lovely but we did not use it. It was a little cool for us and we were busy doing other things. The host was reachable for any questions. Would we stay there again. ABSOLUTELY!

The location was perfect, close to the parkway but not too close. The condo was as described. Plenty of room for a couple and young kids. Not a lot of shower room but the bathroom is so nice and large. Condo is nicely decorated and furnished. The bed felt great but on our 3rd night, it seemed like it wasn't comfortable anymore. The mattress felt like it might be getting time to change it out. Everything else was perfect

Everything was fine. The only issue we had was that it was listed as Plaza Way and Plaza Drive. After talking with Glenda we found out it was Plaza Way. Locking and unlocking the condo proved a bit challenging at times , but l figured it out!

Loved the pool and ease of parking. Terrible communication with host, as it took them over 8 hours to reply almost every time I sent a message. Very difficult to lock and unlock the front door. Host was flexible in my check in and check out time, which was nice.

Upon arrival at the condo you will notice the cleanliness of the entire property. When we entered the condo it was an easy process, no key required, easy peasie. The condo is very clean and very well kept. The owners definitly have kept up with upgrades, cleanliness and overall maintennace. I am pretty picky about where I stay and this place was great! We felt safe at all times, enjoyed the onsite ammenities and appreciated the condos welcoming vibe. Our 9 y.o little boy loved the pool and basketball court, while my husband and I enjoyed the mountain view sunsets. In addition, sitting out on the balcony each morning with our morning brew watching the gorgeous mountain views. My family and I are already planning a return to Glendas beautiful condo and the Pigeon Forge area.

30th Anniversary

Mnt View condos are conveniently located in the middle of Pigeon Forge. This particular condo was located on the 5th floor and had great mnt views. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Only the bare essentials are provided. You’ll need to bring your own body wash, shampoo, laundry wash, salt/pep, or other essentials/condiments.. There were pots, pans, plates and silverware -3 pods for the dishwasher, minimal hand soap, and detergent -1 1/2 roll of paper towels- 3 rolls of toilet paper total for both bathrooms and approximately six towels and six washcloths provided…. three garbage bags total for each garbage can.If you anticipate needing anything else, you need to bring it with you.If you are used to a really large TV and plan on watching it during your trip, the TV in the living room is probably only 43 ish inches.Same for the one in the bedroom. The water gets scolding hot, so be careful!I tried to contact the host during our stay to notify her that there is some sort of faucet leak in the kitchen and that the washer was bouncing around making awful noises, but got no response. Be very careful how you load and arrange your clothes in the washing machine because it will go off track….. The toaster is also busted/unusable.The master bedroom is very very nice with a balcony, but it desperately needs blackout blinds unless you wanna get up at the crack of dawn.Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful.
