Sunset Passion is not pet-friendly and is non-smoking. There is a fully equipped kitchen and also a washer/dryer, plus charcoal cooking grill. One bedroom has a king size bed, while the other has a queen. There is a indoor whirlpool in one bath and a large hot tub on the covered deck. Night time offers views of the lights of Pigeon Forge and, in the Winter, some nice mountain views from your deck, too! The living room features a gas log fireplace, 3 Color TV's with Cable, and a sleeper sofa. This cabin features a sun room with a futon in the back and the chalet will sleep up to 7\. For extra added enjoyment, a foosball table has just been added to the sun room. It is in a perfect location, just a short drive to the Parkway, yet on a backroad and if you know the area, easy to get around traffic. The next day we found them under the coffee table which we had moved to the side to open up the bed. It was in a great location. There were a few minor things that we wanted you to know about. The kitchen faucet is very loose, you have to make sure it's positioned properly so it doesn't turn back on. The dining table is wobbly, the lamp in the 1st bedroom base is loose we noticed it was set on the cord to level it. The matter bedroom TV has no internet connection no matter what we tried. The place was clean (except for the often overlooked ceiling fans) and very comfortable. The floorboards creaked a lot, and the front bedroom's bathroom shower floor was especially noisy, but that is the ONLY complaint we had about the place! It is updated and comfortable - perfect for the end of the day after amusement parks and touristy stuff! We unfortunately never had the opportunity to use the hot tub, but it was there and ready. They also had a book with information on various area attractions, in case you needed that information. Overall, a fabulous place to stay, and I would stay here again if/when we make it back to the area. As far as the management company goes, contacting them was per email or phone call...and we couldn't always answer the phone nor check emails. Texting or an app would be much simpler to do (as we did with other management companies on our trip). That said, they were very nice when we did manage to contact them via phone! Everything was clean and ready to go. The neighborhood was quiet. Shopping centers and attractions were just right around the corner. Kitchen was fairly well equipped with most of what we needed for our Christmas dinner, minus a strainer! But we made it work. Check in was easy. Hosts were kind and attentive leading up to our check in date and informed us of strong winds during our stay and to be cautious. The only thing I would say is if your traveling with kids under 1, maybe book a different more kid-friendly home with baby gear provided just because there really wasn’t anything handy for our almost 2 year old in this particular home, like a high chair or even a pack-n-play for him to sleep in. My husband and I had to squeeze in a king bed with our 2 kids. And I feel the only other things missing was a full body mirror. But maybe I’m just being picky! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book this house again in the future when my kids are older and less needy 😅 Thank you so much Fireside Chalets, we will definitely be booking with you again! ##### Esi H.
