The cabin was just as advertised and was amazing. The location in terms of proximity to Pigeon Forge was great - it is less than a mile from the strip, yet you feel isolated in the mountains - we even saw a bear way out back. Sunsets from the back deck were amazing. The cabin was very homey feeling and had everything we needed. I will second a previous reviewer that the temperature can be a bit tricky to manage between all three floors, since there is only one thermostat on the main (middle) floor. What works for the basement might not work for the upper floor. Otherwise, no complaints! We would definitely stay again! ##### James D.
