Everything was as descirbed, and very clean. My mom and sisters had rented the Shenandoah House next door which worked out perfect for all of us. We had plenty of room and the location is very quiet and private, it was especially nice that's it's on a deadend road. We had everything we needed at the house. The location is so convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg/SMNP. Our family enjoyed everything from mountain coasters to Cades Cove and views from Anakeesta. After fun filled days, it was so relaxing to return to the comforts of Bear Mountain Lodge.We enjoyed playing billiards, soaking in the hot tub, and watching the clouds roll across the mountains from the deck! I liked how they had dishwasher tablet and laundry pods for us to use so we didn't have to go out and grab that. We didn’t see a bear but maybe next time! ##### Joshua H. The house location is great being in between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Enough space inside for two families with 5 kids between us. Although, we’re out and about a lot. Beautiful view from the deck. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again. We had issues with one bedroom tv not working and the hall bathtub not draining properly, but otherwise the place was very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.
