The only downfalls were the front door as it usually took 4-5 tries to get inside and there was very limited tv stations to watch- no cable like TLC, Lifetime, TBS, etc. The best part was sitting on the deck in the morning/evening watching the flowing river and the geese family come by for a visit. The proximity to the fields, shopping, restaurants and family fun was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space the cabin offered. My kids fished, floated and explored the river. We also enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing deck area. Everything in the house was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very quick to reply when needed. It is a beautiful cabin! You will not be disappointed. Barbara was an amazing host and responded quickly any time we reached out to her. The cabin is in the perfect location! It’s just over a mile from the parkway and all the attractions. It was easy to make a quick stop back at the cabin throughout the day, no long drive up the mountain. The cabin was extremely clean! Having a daughter who had a heart transplant, I normally have to clean upon arrival. I did not have to do that this time. My two teenagers really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. I would highly recommend staying at A Barrel of Fun! We will definitely be staying here again in the future! ##### Timothy B.
