While 4x4 is recommended for mountain driving or inclement weather, this property is located on easy-to-navigate roads right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Two designated parking spots are available. Other Things to Note: • Must be 21 or older to book this cabin • This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum • Parking for 2 vehicles maximum • Located on flat, paved roads — easy access to the Parkway • 4x4 drive is only recommended for higher elevations or snowy weather • Electric fireplace is seasonal and operates October–March, depending on weather • Keurig and regular drip coffee makers — bring your own coffee • Starter supplies include paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent • Preferred method of contact is through the website messenger. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use. Less than 5 mins to Dollywood and other attractions that we enjoyed. The only thing I would say is that they didn’t provide enough bath towels. We were a party of 5 and were given 5 bath towels for 4 nights, so we went out and purchased a few. The place was clean, except for the floors.
