"Check in was simple as long as you have the booking code - it is sent to you from the hotel, NOT hotels.com. I did not have it but someone came straight away when called to help me. The room was spacious and had a coffee machine and a fridge and a comfy bed. The location is great - so close to the train station and also just a few minutes walk into the town center. I got breakfast at nearby restaurants so did not try the hotel breakfast (next door). Would definitely stay there again"

"we found the room to be basic, and the walls very thin. Our headboard bounced when people were coming and going from the room on the adjoining wall. The sink didn’t drain and smelled, The staff were notified and offered nothing to rectify the situation. I mentioned the issue(s) a couple of times but wasn’t offered compensation or remedy. The restaurant was very good for breakfast, snacks, drinks, and dinner. But that’s all the good I have to say about this place."

"Fantastic location, right next to train station. But, basically, this place is like a conference centre and rooms look out onto internal offices. Big air conditioning units take up space in room rather than them being integrated. Staff were friendly and resolved an issue we had with our first room by re-rooming us. Breakfast was ok. Nice bread /pastries and coffee. Cooked buffet was limited. We were excited about using the spa before we found out it was a naked one and you couldn’t wear a swimsuit- no thank you! Also, it came at an additional cost which wasn’t clear to us at the time of booking. "

"Our stay in Leiden at this VRBO was absolutely lovely! It was as photographed and very clean. It is located on a quieter (but not completely quiet) portion of a busy shopping street. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely with numerous shops, restaurants, a nearby grocery, etc. It is easy to get around by walking and public transit, no car needed! The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom has both a bathtub and a relaxing rain shower. We did have a small issue at check in where the VRBO app gave us instructions to the wrong address, so if you reserve this VRBO be sure to use the address in the message from the host! Overall, I loved this VRBO and would reserve again on my next trip to Leiden."
