This flat is a perfect base for anyone who wants to discover the versatility of the Alps. In winter, the ski resorts of Zell am See and Kaprun await you, with endless slopes, modern lifts and après-ski that will have you soaking up the mountain atmosphere well into the evening. From wide runs for beginners to challenging slopes for experts, here is the winter wonderland you've always dreamed of. When you're done with the cold, dive into the shared sauna to warm up and relax your muscles.  
  
Once the mountains turn green again, this place turns into a paradise for hikers and cyclists. Head into the mountains for a hike through alpine meadows and along clear streams, or discover spectacular routes for mountain bikers. The nearby Lake Zell am See is perfect for a day of chilling by the water, swimming, or stand-up paddleboarding for a summer vibe. Paragliding or rock climbing for an adrenaline kick?
