The location of the holiday home is ideal; in the middle of the famous ski area "Zell am See-Kaprun" and near the centre of Zell am See and Kaprun! Nature, peace and quiet, a sunny location with contemporary comfort are the key words expressed in this holiday home. The ski bus passes almost directly in front of the door and takes you to the Kitzsteinerhorn glacier in Kaprun or to the well-known Zell am See-Schüttdorf. In summer, the area around Zell am See also offers many opportunities such as hiking, cycling and swimming in one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in the Alps. For golf lovers, this holiday home is also ideally located. The 36-hole golf course near Zell am See-Kaprun is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Austria. Leider funktionierte der gesendete Schlüsselcode nicht. Erst nach langem Hin und Her und schwieriger Kontaktaufnahme zur Hausverwaltung wurde uns ein neuer Code zugesandt. Leider mussten wir dann feststellen, dass der Schlüsselkasten leer war und wir immer noch nicht ins Haus kamen. Wir erhielten dann den Schlüssel der Reinigungsfirma. Prinzipiell ist das Haus in Ordnung, es ist günstig gelegen, die Größe und die Raumaufteilung sind wunderbar. Insgesamt macht das Haus jedoch einen sehr abgewohnten und vernachlässigten Eindruck. Die Deckenlampe im unteren Bad funktioniert nicht, Silberfische huschen durch die Räume, der Duschkopf im unteren Bad ist so verkalkt, dass er in alle Richtungen spritzt. Über der Dusche sind verdächtige Flecken erkennbar, die Badmöbel sind aufgequollen. Das Sofa ist durchgesessen. Die Balkontür ist verzogen und lässt sich nur mit Druck richtig schließen. Das Müllhaus war so voll, dass wir weder eintreten noch einsortieren konnten. Am Ende der Woche wurde dann wenigstens ein Teil des Mülls entsorgt. Das versprochene W-LAN funktioniert nur sporadisch und nicht im ganzen Haus. Fazit: Der angesetzte Mietpreis ist aufgrund der vielen Mängel absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. ##### Christian B. Die Außenfront müsste dringend renoviert werden (z.B. platzt die Farbe an den Terrassentüren ab, Dichtungsbänder stehen von der Wand ab, Fenster sind stark verschmutzt ...). Das tatsächliche Bild des Hauses weicht ziemlich stark von den Bildern im Internet ab. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem - allerdings sollten die wasserabweisenden Matratzenbezüge auch regelmäßig gewaschen werden (Flecken des/der Vorgänger passennicht zum Stil des Angebots). Es war wie immer sehr sauber und für 11 Leute ist wirklich genug Platz. Tolle Aussicht. Allerdings hätte das Gebäude mal die ein- oder andere Renovierung nötig, v.a. an der Außenfassade. Z. B. klemmt das Schloss der Terrassentür und die Glasplatte des zweiten Terrassentisches fehlte. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind angemessen groß und die Betten waren bequem. Im Obergeschoss ist ein Zimmer allerdings sehr dunkel und das kleine Einzelzimmer schlecht zu lüften. Die Bäder sind klein und könnten mehr Licht vertragen. Von der Aufteilung ist das Haus gut für mehrere Familien. Angenehm waren die Sauna und der Skitrockenraum im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus liegt recht nahe an den Talstationen der Schmittenbahn und Talstation Maiskogel (beides mit dem Auto etwa 5 Minuten). Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Die Sauberkeit ließ leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Als wir am Anreisetag um 15 Uhr ankamen, war das Haus noch nicht fertig gereinigt. Als wir um 16 Uhr wiederkamen, war der Putzmann gegangen, die Tür war unverschlossen und die dreckige Wäsche der Vormieter stapelte sich im Gang, die Böden waren weder gesaugt noch gewischt, ein Bad und 2 Toiletten waren sehr verdreckt. Um 18 Uhr kam dann nach unserer Beschwerde der Hausmeister und reinigte die Böden notdürftig. Die Mülleimer vor dem Haus waren von den Vormietern noch übervoll und wurden bis zu unserer Abreise auch nicht mehr geleert. Mülltrennung fand auch nicht statt. Insgesamt war das Haus schon etwas heruntergelebt und könnte einige kleinere Reparaturen /Verschönerungen vertragen (fehlende Spiegel und Bilder ersetzen, eine Couch erneuern, dre Außentisch braucht eine Tischplatte,..) Geschirr ist alles ausreichend vorhanden. Nachteile: Die Bilder inder Beschreibung sind alt und sollten erneuert werden. Es gibt keinen Kamin in dieser Unterkunft. Auch mgibt es keine Infrarotkarbine. Leider gibt es auch keine Schneeschaufel oder ein Besen oder Kehrblech. Was aber das größte Problem war, das der Müll nicht gelerrt wurde. Obwohl dringend auf eine korekkte Mülltrennung geachtet werden soll. Die Tonnen waren schon voll als wir gekommen sind. Flaschen wurden schon eine ganze Zeit nicht mehr entsorgt. Und on den ganzen Pizzaschachteln rede ich erst gar nicht. Und über den Restmüll spreche ich lieber nicht. Eine Verbesserung wäre auch statt zwei Waschmachinen nur eine bereitzustellen und einen Trockner. Aber die Lage zwischen den beiden Skigebieten ist schon gut, Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe. ##### Heiko S. Allgemein ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, kann evtl mit Kleinkindern die schlafen sollen schwierig werden. Und der Spielplatz ist leider komplett kaputt und gesperrt. Platz war mehr als genug. Eine Waschmaschine, ein Schuhtrockner, eine tolle Sauna war alles vorhanden. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Organisation und der Kontakt mit der Agentur war beispielhaft und sehr nett. Insgesamt ist das Haus baubedingt sehr hellhörig was mit schlafenden Kleinkindern evtl. schwierig werden kann. Der Spielplatz war leider komplett unbrauchbar und gesperrt. Alle Geräte waren kaputt was unsere Kinder natürlich sehr schade fanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses. Da es offen gestaltet ist,war eine räumliche Trennung der Schlaf/Wohnbereiche nicht möglich und wegen der Lärmbelästigung und dem Schlafbedürfnis der kleineren Kinder eine Diskrepanz.
