This property sits in the Spring Creek area next to Lake Oahe surrounded by of some of the best hunting and fishing spots in South Dakota. A couple minutes from three boat ramps, Outpost restaurant/lounge, and convenience stores. The house has an open and inviting floor plan. Large multilevel deck with a gas grill enclosed in a fenced yard. Master bedroom has a queen bed, includes an on-suite bathroom, and patio door to the deck. Bedroom two includes a queen bed. Bedroom three has two twin beds. High speed Internet is included. Pet friendly with small fee. Maximum of 2 dogs Pets allowed (no cats due to allergies), $35 per dog. Kitchen includes all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and Keurig Coffee Maker. Basic linens are provided. Two car garage access and there is plenty of parking for a boat in the driveway and outdoor outlets available for charging boat batteries. Been coming to the area 35yrs. This is a lovely addition that we are looking forward to renting again in the future. Place is as advertised and has all the necessities and some great extras. The one thing we REALLY appreciated, was the use of the garage to store our boat after it was dry and not in use.
