It was a fantastic spot. However, the service was lacking. I was told that we could check in early and they gave me info about accessing the room via a lock box. The info listed the room's name and told me steps to find it. We were able to get in easily. However, after we took a nap and I was about to hop in the shower, I heard a knock on the door and someone was screaming at my husband. It turns out that they told us the wrong room and the woman was acting like we were in the wrong and broke into the room. When we explained that we were in the room that we were supposed to be in according to directions, she finally calmed down and "apologized" by saying it wasn't her fault but her coworker's. It was extremely off-putting, and though we liked the real room better because it was bigger, she didn't truly accept responsibility for yelling at us and making it seem like we did something wrong. I could never feel comfortable there after that, and I heard her yelling at other people multiple times during our stay. I don't think I'd recommend this hotel to friends because I don't trust the staff.
