Apartment in the heart of Umbria, located in the center of the small village of Castiglion Fosco, 20 km from Perugia and 20 km from Lake Trasimeno. It is part of a small, charming, and welcoming complex with exposed wooden beams and traditional floor tiles.  
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and an adjacent small terrace. There is also a shared outdoor space with a small barbecue and a table.  
Within the village, you will find several local amenities, including a mini-market, a bar with a tobacco shop, a post office, and a gas station.  
In August, Castiglion Fosco is known for its traditional festival, featuring local food specialties and live music.  
Just a short distance from Castiglion Fosco, there are several renowned villages, considered among the most beautiful in Italy, such as Panicale, Paciano, Città della Pieve, Castiglione del Lago, Perugia, and Assisi, to name a few.  
About 3 km away, in the town of Tavernelle, you will find the largest water park in Umbria, open from June to September.
