"This home has been beautifully renovated. It is so charming. It was a great location for me as I visited my mother who lives off of Rivermont Ave. The bed was so comfortable, I could have slept forever. I so appreciated the snacks in the kitchen. I had a very long day on my check-in day, so they ended up being my dinner. I had everything I needed, including coffee with creamer and sugar, shampoo, conditioner and body wash."

"It’s an old neighborhood but don’t let that deter you. Revitalization efforts are apparent. House & yard are well kept & clean, back sitting area, fire ring & dog bowls were a wonderful touch. The neighbors on both sides are nice too. They stay to theirselves but will talk to you if you talk to them. There is/was also deer in the neighborhood which was surprising given it’s so close to the city. One was in the backyard this morning! Not sure who was more startled, it or me! "We had a great stay. We visited Lynchburg to attend a college graduation at Randolph College which is about 3 minutes away from the home. The house was clean, welcoming, and the communication with owner was great. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. The home is on a very quiet street which was nice. We highly recommend it for your stay in Lynchburg."

"Myself, along with my son and daughter-in-law, were in VA for a family wedding. The initial drive to the property off the main road seemed a never-ending series of hills, twists and turns, especially for folks from the city. But, in fact, the trip in/out was only about five minutes. The property itself was great. A two bedroom, one bath on the lower level of a lovely private home. The house is on a hill so we could drive right to our entrance in back. The unit is all on one floor with no steps...

"The location of this property is prime if you are looking for quiet with a yard! Plenty of room in the home for everyone in our party. Beds were really comfortable and a lovely kitchen to cook meals. Had a hiccup with the HVAC, but it was handled very quickly and the owner and property managers were awesome to work with. Would recommend to anyone else, and would consider staying there in the future if we are back in Lynchburg!!"

"The house was cute, very clean and relaxing. Thank you for providing hand soap and shower necessities along with blowdryer! We did not get to use the firepit or sit on the deck due to the bugs and heat and sad that the bridge was not accessible, but look forward to coming back. "Our stay at the "Dream" house in downtown Lynchburg was a true home away from home. The amount of thought and detail that was put into the decor, and the upscale selection of bed, bath, and kitchen essentials made our stay even more comfortable. My one year old son loved walking the spacious downstairs going in and out of each of the rooms. We loved how much care was put into preserving the history of the structure while also providing updated and tasteful finishes. We will most definitely stay...

"The check in was easy and we had such a good time! It was 13 folks who all came together to pray. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit, it was well stocked! The cabin beds were so comfy and the walk to the restrooms was not long at all. Kitchens were both small but the owner had told us beforehand! The one in the house offered a bar that we all gathered around many times! Everyone liked the beds, which is hard to accomplish! Thank you so much for your awesome hospitality!!"
