Si l’hôtel est bien placé et benn exposé pour les chambres côté mer, il a un très gros problème : le bruit très fort. Bruit de la circulation, bruit venant de l’intérieur. Au premier étage côté sud une boîte de nuit fait trembler les mur et empêche de dormir. Au dernier c’est le bruit du restaurant en terrasse jusqu’à minuit et le matin le même restaurant produit le bruit de rangement des chaises. Ajouter que l’escalier est très sonore.
