We made sure we have a room so we checked in almost 9pm, before finding place to eat. The reception recommended place to eat that is a little far from the hotel when there are decent eateries nearer. When we came back and go to the room,219, it was dirty, dim light and beds undone. When reception was told, she didn't believe us and instead, accused us of doing it ourselves, before giving us new room, 209. She checked 219 first if we are telling the truth. Who in their right mind will mess up a room just to get a new one, when all we want is somewhere clean and respectable to rest for the following day's activity. I was told the name of the night receptionist is Valerie. She needs more customer dealing trainings. Thank you.
