Never staying here again.

I had emailed through hotels.com about how I had broken my leg and was in a scooter over a week before my check in. I requested a 1st floor room. When I checked in, I was advised that they had nothing available on the 1st floor. I asked if they had an elevator and was just told "No. Sorry." The young man handed me my key, did not tell me where my room was, did not tell me the wifi password, and did not tell me when the continental breakfast was. I had to crawl up the stairs with a broken leg while my mother carried my scooter and she actually fell over and hurt her wrist on the second night. The TV remote did not turn the actual tv on or off. I had to get out of bed to turn it off. We waited for continental breakfast at 7am when it started and gave up after 20 minutes of no one being there. When we stopped by the second day, it was just toast and cereal. The only positive note was that the rooms were very clean, but I will never stay here again.
