Well equipped, everything you need is supplied, clean and well maintained. Check in is easy. Car parking is available out the front, it is a shared area, but we never had a problem in parking. Pickering is a lovely place to stay and explore the Yorkshire countryside and of course, the fantastic North York Moors Railway station is just a few minutes walk away. The velux window blind is inadequate, you need a blackout and or even a curtain to pull over. Also the bed was great except a really big heavy duvet which was too warm for me; others might appreciate.
