Very comfortable house. In the hamlet Piccianello 5 km from the centre of Collecorvino, 27 km from the centre of Pescara, 15 km from the centre of Città Sant'Angelo, on top of a hill, 20 km from the sea, in the countryside. Shop, bar, café 300 m, bus stop 70 m.  
"Patrizia", 5-room apartment 120 m2 on 1st floor. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and library. 1 double bedroom.
