Property Summary  
Villa "Carlo (IPC102)" is a two-storey single-family vacation rental located in the hamlet of Kukurini, just 3 km from the center of Pićan, Croatia. The property boasts a private fenced area spanning 1,000 square meters, complete with a wildlife garden, trees, and a seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, available from April 29 to September 16) with an internal staircase. It offers amenities such as an outdoor shower, patio, barbecue area, and parking for up to 3 cars on the premises. Additionally, the villa features Internet WiFi and a washing machine.  
  
Outdoors  
The property offers a delightful outdoor experience with its fenced 1,000 square meter area adorned with a wildlife garden and trees. Relax and unwind by the seasonal swimming pool, which measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth of 150 cm, complete with an internal staircase. Enjoy alfresco dining with the barbecue area or soak up the sun on the patio. An outdoor shower adds to the convenience. The pool maintenance is handled by the owner or gardener.

Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. For your convenience, the villa provides parking for up to 3 cars on the premises. A washing machine is available within the house, and Internet WiFi access is provided. The nearest shop is 1.5 km away, while a restaurant can be found within 2 km of the property. Additionally, a pebble beach is situated 12 km from the villa.

Discover a spacious 4-room house spanning 85 square meters across two levels, offering ample living space for your vacation needs. The living/dining room boasts a comfortable sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning, providing a cozy retreat for relaxation and entertainment. Step outside through the exit leading to the balcony and enjoy the fresh air. The sleeping quarters include one room with a french bed and a folding bed, another with two beds, and a third room featuring a double bed, ensuring comfortable accommodation for all guests. Additionally, one of the rooms has direct access to the balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
Your vacation home is well-equipped with modern amenities to ensure a hassle-free stay. The open kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. The bathrooms offer both shower and bathtub options, providing flexibility and convenience. For your convenience, an iron and a hair dryer are provided. Stay connected with free WiFi internet access throughout the property.

Embrace the great outdoors with the property's delightful outdoor spaces.
