Villa Helena (IPC131), a single-family house with two storeys, offers a vacation rental experience that combines modern amenities with a serene outdoor setting. Situated in Pićan, Croatia, just 4 km from the town center, this property boasts a spacious 5,000 m2 private lawn with trees and a seasonal swimming pool (11 x 4 m, depth 145 cm, available from May 20th to September 28th). Outdoor living is enhanced with a shower, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area complete with a slide and swing.

The outdoor spaces at Villa Helena (IPC131) are truly remarkable. Guests can enjoy a private 5,000 m2 property with a well-manicured lawn and shaded areas under the trees. The seasonal swimming pool (11 x 4 m, depth 145 cm) is the perfect spot for refreshing dips during the warmer months. An outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area with a slide and swing create an inviting atmosphere for al fresco dining and leisure activities.

The property is a 7-room house with 180 square meters of space spread across two levels. The living and dining areas are combined and feature satellite TV, with an exit leading to a terrace. There is also an entrance hall. On the main level, you'll find three bedrooms, each with a double bed. Additionally, there is an open kitchen equipped with a hot plate, oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The main level also includes a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and toilet, as well as a separate shower and toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. These include a washing machine, barbecue area, dishwasher, satellite TV, microwave, and multiple televisions throughout the house. With a maximum capacity of 13 guests, the house features six bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing ample space for larger groups or families.

On the upper floor, you'll find three additional bedrooms. One room has a single bed and a double bed, while the other two rooms each have two single beds. All three upstairs bedrooms have access to private balconies. The property also features a roofed terrace area with outdoor furniture, including balcony furniture and 10 deck chairs.
