Hôtel très propre. Bel accueil. Très grande chambre tranquille. Personnels avenants et sympathiques. Belle cour arrière. Très bon déjeuner avec pâtisserie maison. L'hôte nous a offert de nous reconduire à la gare de train avec nos valises.

Salvatore and Alexa were friendly and very helpful., They both went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect., giving us directions to the bus stop, the best places to eat as well.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in (private double) had fantastic views. It felt safe in the area. The walk to the station was not that bad (even for someone carrying a 20kg backpack). A short walk and you were at some great waterfront restaurants. It was also located in a relatively quiet area of Sorrento (although outside of the main town). I would stay here again without hesitation. Much more affordable than the overpriced areas of Sorrento.

Exceptional Hotel for the price
I was super impressed with this hotel. The staff, particularly Salvatore and Lina (hope i got that right) were phenomenal! I had so many questions and they were all answered in great detail. Service was absolutely exceptional! The bathroom / shower area was the best of any hotel I've visited in Italy. The hotel offers breakfast, a bar and lobby area, and outdoor patio. We were sad to leave this hotel. It also had easy access to train / Sorrento port.

Buena estancia
Personal agradable, parking en el interior. Habitación cómoda y limpia. Desayuno muy variado. Buen sitio para alojarse para ir a Capri o la Costa Amalfitana. La estación de tren estaba a unos 15 min caminando.

Great location and hotel.
Lovely stay at Sisters. Excellent location, room, and breakfast. Free onsite parking. Short walk to the large sandy beach in Meta, just outside Sorrento. Short drive into town. Local bus service nearby. Had trouble locating the place and entering the parking lot, so plan ahead. It is a sharp turn into the lot and there is a gate. Call ahead to have the gate opened as the hotel is on a fairly narrow street and it is difficult to stop to ask for the gate to be opened. Also number says 12 vs 120 and sign says Sisters Hotel vs Hostel. A bit confusing for us when we arrived, but a lovely stay afterwards.

Nice and clean hotel
Hotel room was very clean and the hotel and breakfast staff always nice and helpful. The breakfast was also good with both hot and cold food, fruits and different kinds of cakes. They also bring your coffee to your table.

Hotel in centro, a circa 900 metri dal mare, centrale, pulito, ottima la colazione. Arredamento un po' datato, ma tutto in perfette condizioni. Camera con vista mare.

Nice place to stay.
Nice place to stay that doesn't cost the earth which is within a 10min walk from rail station. Beautiful views from large balcony on top floor. Breakfast fabulous and lovely staff who speak perfect English. Rooms clean and fresh linens daily. Good safe in room as well as new air conditioner. Great pizzeria a short walk away. Overall a good base if you don't want to be right in Sorrento itself.

Hotel mit äußerst nettem Personal
Man wurde gleich zu Beginn freundlich empfangen. An der Rezeption wurde mir eine Orientierungskarte ausgehändigt, die Empfehlungen für gutes Essen und Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung enthielten. Da ich immer sehr früh zu Gruppenausflügen musste, konnte ich an einigen Tagen schon vor um 8 Uhr frühstücken oder mir etwas vom reichhaltigem Buffet (Brötchen, Brot, Croissants, Käse, Wurst, Marmelade, Obst, Ei, gebratene Würstchen etc.) mitnehmen. Das fand ich sehr zuvorkommend und kenne ich sonst von anderen Hotels so nicht. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sehr akribisch geputzt, so dass man immer wieder ein strahlend sauberes Zimmer vorfindet. Von der Hotelterrasse aus kann man bei gutem Wetter bis nach Neapel blicken oder sich einfach nur sonnen. Dies und noch viele weitere Punkte zeichnen dieses spitzen Hotel aus. Ich kann es also wirklich wärmstens empfehlen.

Ótima opção de hotel. Funcionários muito amáveis, sempre prontos. Quarto limpo, bom café da manhã e o estacionamento no hotel faz a diferença em Sorrento. Boa localização, fácil acesso à Costa Amalfitana. Opções de restaurante perto do hotel. Recomendo.

Un piacevole soggiorno in costiera
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una brevissima vacanza in costiera. La posizione dell'hotel permette di raggiungere Sorrento in tempi brevi, punto di riferimento sia per la costiera sorrentina e amalfitana sia per Capri. La prima cosa che colpisce é la disponibilità del personale. Le camere sono nuove e molto pulite. La colazione è abbondante e varia. Inoltre per chi raggiunge la costiera in macchina l'hotel mette a disposizione il parcheggio interno gratuito.

Great hotel
The Sisters Hostel is great hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are basic but very clean and have all the essentials. The location couldn't be better as you are 5 minutes from a beautiful clean beach or 10 minutes to the train station which runs every 10/15 minutes to all the sites (Pompeii, Naples ec....)

Schickes Hostel mit Meeresblick und Orangenhainen
Waren für eine Woche im Sisters Hostel in Piano de Sorrento, um den Golf von Neapel und die Amalfiküste zu erkunden. Hierfür ist die Lage des Hostels zentral. Das Hostel ist ein ehemaliges Kloster (mit Kirche), wirkt schlicht mit hohen Decken und wurde geschmacksvoll renoviert. Hinten gibt es einen schönen großen Garten mit Orangenbäumen. Zu den Übernachtungen war ein Frühstücksbüffet vorgesehen. Sind von der Rezeption sehr freundlich empfangen worden, Stadtpläne wurden ohne Anfrage verteilt, Hilfe für Rückflug-Check-in angeboten. Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer mit Garten und Meeresblick, ein kleines Balkon mit Tisch und Stühle. Das Frühstücksangebot hätten wir in Italien nicht erwartet, es war reichlich, es gab sowohl Obst, Gemüse wie Käse, Wurst, süßes, Rühreier und Würstchen. Auch am Frühstücksbüffet war das Personal sehr bemüht um die Gäste. Die Zimmerfrauen haben immer freundlich gegrüßt und mit Sorgfalt das ganze Hostel geputzt.

Siamo di Torino e abbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo per un lungo weekend, il personale gentile, ottimo qualità prezzo, le stanze sono pulitissimi, la colazione è molto abbondante e buonissima. Si trova vicino alla spiaggia, ottima vista del mare, l 'albergo è circondato di servizi di prima necessità. L'unica cosa che pecca è l'internet, non arriva nelle stanze. per il resto tutto ottimo. E noi ci ritorneremo!!!!!

Great staff & great value
Sisters Hostel has some of the best customer service in Italy - friendly, helpful, make you feel at home! It's spotlessly clean and located conveniently near 2 beaches and in a relatively quiet area. It's not fancy, but nice & bright, and they have a lovely brunch every morning. Note that even though it's a hostel, there is no kitchen & you are not allowed to bring in any food or drink from the outside. It's very nicely priced in the budget range & is great value for the money.

주변에 작은해변이 있어서 좋았어요!
우선 굉장히 기분나쁜건 체크아웃할때 4유로인가 내야해서 100유로내고 거스름돈 받았는데요. 나중에 알고보니 그 중에 20유로 한장이 위조지폐였네요. 로마가서 알게되서 어찌 하지도 못하고 찢어버렸어요. 물론 그쪽에서 모르고 다른분께 받아서, 모르고 저에게 줬겠지만 다시는 이런일이 없었으면 해서 글 남겨요. 방은 넓고 시원하고, 발코니에서 보이는 뷰도 굉장히 좋았어요. 걸어서 10분도안되는 거리에 작은 해변이 있어서 좋았지만 역에서 호텔까지 가는길이 너무 험해서 캐리어들고 가기에는 조금 힘들었어요. 아침도 종류 다양하고 맛있는편이고 직원들이 친절해서 좋았네요.

The best staff members ever!
I had been so many cheap hotels and bnb in many european countries but these staff members were the perfect. When we were about to check out, we asked them to call a cab since we had too many luggage bags, too many personal belongings to carry and even also It was raining. But they offered us a ride to the station and even the manager-looking guy named Tonio(not sure) brought us some bread, cookies whilst saying that he knew we did not have breakfast. I was so touched and felt thankful of his consideration. Thank you Tonio and anothor Tonio and Manuela! And to someone who wants to book this hostel, check the public transportation before you go. Once you get off the sea bus, you need to go up to the top of the hill to the train staion and take the train to Piano di Sorrento station. The last train is about 11 pm. The hostel is 5-10 mins away from the train station. Once you find the church, turn on your right.
