The hotel was mediocre at best but it was clean. Some of the staff were a bit manic, though when I asked to have by bed linens changed it was done gladly and quickly. The area is very noisy (trains, street noise), extremely dirty and a bit unsavory. Hotel did not meet my expectations for an Ibis property; would not recommend or stay there again...

If you wan to to stay near the train station, this place is perfect. Unfortunately, we stayed in one the rooms facing the train railways and if you want to sleep with the windows opened, it was imposible due to the noice from passing trains. Shower room was very small.

The carpet in the room was worn, stained and visibly dirty. The shower had significant mold in the shower and the bathroom sink had mold around the drain.

Road condition outside the hotel front door is narrow and dirty. Room condition is fair. Railway beside hotel. Noisy during day time. Fortunately, No train during mid night. The first train stars at 6:00 am

Fabulous Hotel
Ibis Styles Napoli Garibaldi Hotel is a hidden gem, located on a side road, with few minutes walk from Napoli (Naples) central train station. Our room was super clean, extremely quiet, spacious and comfortable. All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly particularly as we realised that we had booked our return flight for Sunday but the hotel stay only to Saturday. Nothing was too much to ask. They sorted our extra night with no hassle whatsoever and allowed us to check in earlier than their normal check-in time. I'd warmly recommend Ibis Styles Napoli Garibaldi for a short(ish) stay in Naples and would definitely stay again if my travels ever take me back to Naples.

Great hotel near the station
An especially welcoming and helpful reception team. All good for our family group in three rooms. A great hotel conveniently located near Napoli Centrale stbation.

Close walk from Napoli Central Train Station and close to lots of choices of restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Did not have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. Very clean rooms. Would recommend.

Perfect for location and Staff
Just spent 7 nights at this Ibis which is within 5 minutes walk of the metro and train station. Perfect location for ease of access everywhere, very friendly staff, always smiling, great breakfast which can be eaten inside or in the courtyard. Roberto on reception is super helpful as are all of the breakfast staff. Yes you are next to the train station and tracks but shut the door and you can't hear anything. Great value, felt very safe there and realistic bar prices so what's not to like!!! THANK YOU FOR MY BIRTHDAY CAKE AND CANDLE!!

Ibis Style is located very close to the central train station and metro. Easy and quick to find. A very good room and continental breakfast. Reliable and secure. Modern, but not sterile. On balance, fully recommended.

This is an ok hotel the staff is nice and helpful but the hotelnis pretty old and not well maintained the bedrooms air conditioning did not work there is no mini fridge in the room which is a hassle having to constantly order ice in a bowl the amenities are very low they only offer a all in one soap and the phone doesnt allow you to call the reception its an ok hotel

Staff and facilities were more than satisfactory but the location is sotuated immediately adjacent to the noisy train terminal and the station is a hub for homeless and pan handlers. The city has been negligent in providing toilet facilities for these indigents and you can imagine the tesult.

Lovely staff, great upkeep of main area. Only downsides were the area, and that there wasn’t much space to keep suitcases. There was no signage we could see to find hotel in side streets. Small sink area so difficult to keep toiletries there. Clean room, and nice window that sealed out any noise. Entire corridor smelled of cigar smoke (floor 3). Tiny lift that can probably only hold 1 person if you have more than a backpack.
