We built our unique Thai contemporary style villa in 2008, with great attention to architectural detail. Ideal for families. We are located a leisurely 10 minute stroll to the village of Sai Yuan, which has a good variety of restaurants both Thai and western , shops and bars in a quiet area and just 5 minutes drive to beautiful Nai Harn beach , Ao sane beach,Ya Nui beach ( where you can rent kayaks.), Nui beach and Phrom Thep Cape.

Comprises of a 3 bedroom with King size beds, 4 bathroom ( 3 en suite ) luxury villa. Has beautiful vaulted two tier ceilings with impressive architectural moldings throughout the villa. Our picturesque villa is tastefully furnished with traditional Thai teak custom made furniture. With western style kitchen and bathrooms, living room, private saltwater swimming pool, cable T.V., DVD player, WI-FI internet access, safe, air-conditioning and TV's in all bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout villa.

Full kitchen with teak cabinets and granite counter tops with all necessities for your cooking needs . Barbecue and washing machine, and laundry rack at side of villa. Al fresco dining with 6 chairs and table at pool area and the same at front patio. Also has a table and 4 chairs with a ceiling fan to keep you cool, on the front terrace.

Pool area, the saltwater pool is 8 meters by 4 meters and the shallow end is 1.2 meters and the deep end is 1.8 meters. With 6 lounger chairs with umbrellas. Also has a shower beside the pool.

We include maid and pool cleaning service. Additional services available at the Majestic are laundry service, taxi service, car and motor-bike rental, in-house massages, baby-sitting, golfing at local world class golf courses, diving courses, tickets for Safari tours, Phuket Fantasea (Thai culture show.), Simon Cabaret and boat tours to the many surrounding islands, and much more.
