Great stay of 10 nights, great location and very reasonable price. The hotel is old but rooms are renovated and everything is so close to the hotel. Far enough from bungla road so at night you can have a good sleep with no noise.

Very bad service by property owner i think he is white guy. The guy make us to pay for bedsheet stain which did not do at all i did try to explain he just can tell me i dont care just pay the money thats all. I also working in hotel as Hotel Manager but wont be rude like him. He really dont even want to listen to our side story then belief his hskp maid. This is terrible service by that guys i dont recomend anyone to go that particular hotel they may cheat you like this to get ur money be careful check ur bedsheet before sleep anything call and tell them

We put white bed sheets on all our beds in all our rooms.At the check-out, this guest's bedsheet had a very big red stain like he had spilled a special drink on it, i do not know what but impossible to clean it.This guest said this stain was already on it when he checked-in.Funny to hear that..!!So, i charged him 850 bahts for this trouble and of course, i gave him the dirty bedsheet.And yes, i am a white guy..??!!!!I need to mention that the 4 others rooms of this group were perfect at the check-out.

very nice from you. You are upset because you checked in with 5 people instead of 4, and of course, we charged you one extra bed. At the check out, bed sheet and bath towels were horribly stained by i don't know what. Impossible to clean them. We charged you only the bathtowels and we gave them to you because it was impossible to use them anymore. No need to say more

The front line staff could improve on attitude. The hotel did not had any toiletries like toothbrush or toothpaste, there was no mini bar which was fine by us but not even bottled waters. There was not coffee or tea packet like normal hotels. The only thing which was good was an everyday housekeeping and change of towels. But they forgot to lock our room door after housekeeping. The pool could use some daily clean ups. It is abit further to walk from Bangla street and paying beach as well.

Do not forget you came in the law season for a price very very very .....cheap. So, of course : no water, no toothbrush, no toothpaste,..... You need to know what you are looking for when you are booking your stay for the price you want.

Great price, excellent location in Patong
Budget accommodation in a great location. While the rooms are older there is nothing wrong with them. Plenty of food available in the area and once you find the accommodation (a couple of wrong turns on my behalf!), it is easy to walk into Patong beach or join the busy roads on the next block.

Great for the price, awful receptionists
If you are travelling on budget, this is the place to be, for decent money you get a decent place, happy with that. pool, spacious room, hot water, good location. Is very cheap comparing with the rest as most are ridiculous expensive. The bad thing? yep, the reception stuff simply not polite, no respect and even one of them charged more for some beers so she can get some extra cash, the manager/owner or whatever was kind to give me the money back after I told him, but the next day he questioned me that the receptionist gave me a receipt and I told him nope, I told him I will give him that change back as I want to be in peace. At the end I felt like in a Mexican telenovela. Being questioned and being cheated. and again, is very cheap, the best part.

Convenient and clean hotel.
Overall no complain as the room is value for money. Wifi was poor though. Nearby there's a lot of food available but I'll say the food quality is one of the poorest in Patong. Nice coffee joint just 30metres away, good for a morning sip.

Overall very good for the price. Roof top pool was nice although not the best views. Had some friends stop by without the usual hassle from the hotel allowing only registered guests up.

Wonder stay for 4 days !!!!!!
We were in phuket for 4 nights and we had a comfortable stay at this hotel.The staff was very nice and polite.There is good food spots near hotel and its walking distance from patong beach.The pool is also nice.

We loved the hotel so much. We stayed here for 6 weeks. It's clean, quiet, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. It's so close to Otop and there's massive amounts of restaurants nearby. The hotel has it's own motorbike rental service which makes it really easy to get around in Phuket, or just use the taxi right outside the door. The only drawback is they don't have reception during night so you need to call if you need help (you can of course unlock the door yourself), But the manager lives at the hotel so he will be there in a heartbeat if you need help. There is no doubt we will come back! <3

Thai personnel are very helpful and respectful, but the owner who is not from Thailand was very rude and disrespectful. I’ve been living in many hotels in Thailand but I’ve never been treated like this. At time for checkout when taxi was waiting for me to take me to the airport, the owner guy ordered the driver to not go anywhere until he went to the room to check that I haven’t steal anything. Very disrespectful! He should learn from Thai people

You were already upset at your arrival because you could'nt check in at noon (check in is a 2 pm according to our policies). Your room wasn't clean yet. What could we do ?You were one more time upset when you wanted to extend your stay and didn't get a cheaper price.Finally, after several hours, you accepted to extend your stay wih the righ price.This morning, before check out, you came and complain again you couldn' t shave yourself at the sink of the bahroom who provide only cold water. (only shower provide hot water). We are in Thailand.At your check out, like in all the hotel in the world, I checked your room if everything was fine. And it was ok !!!!!But you didn't appreciate that and you told me that in a nice way.So, why did you extend your stay if you complained of everything.

Ok for money considering Patong is expensive. Cleanlyness is acceptable but could be improved same as friendlyness of front staff. In a smaller street and a good 12 minute walk to th beach. Good rooftop with a small pool and a few sunchairs - never crowded.Good Wifi

Basic hotel with rooftoppool / ok for the money
At the end of Patong beach and on 3rd street so quite a 12 minute walk to the beach. Hotel in a small street thus +/- quiet but it's Patong anyway so never really quiet. Hotelrooms on 5 floors plus a little rooftoppool-looked a bit dirty for swimming but there are sunchairs so good for a sunbath.Rooms are basic but reasonably priced since Patong is expensive.Bathroom is ok - at least a cheap glass shower and not the old dirty curtains you often find. Balcony good for two chairs but no sight. Wifi always ok except for the poolarea. Aircon is ok but as almost everywhere not maintained thus+/- stinky and unhealthy. Bed was ok after I changed rooms - the first one had an disgusting smell of pee. I had to ask for towels being replaced almost every day since they are short on towels.Front staff could work on their attitude a lot but ok if you are nice to them. Haven't tried breakfast. All in all - ok for the money considering Patong is expensive. Do not use their laundry - they don't dry long enough so the clothes start to utterly stink after a while once the conditioner parfum vanished (same problem with their towels).

Helt okej hotellrum med bra plats. Servisen vid ankomsten var inte speciellt bra då vi skulle få vänta 1 h på att rummet skulle städas sen fick vi vänta ytterligare 30 min då det inte var färdigt ännu. Ligger nära det mesta med 10 min promenad till stranden. Väldigt dålig ljudisolering i en stad som är igång 24/7.

한국에 있는 어느 시골 모텔만도 못한 호텔이다. 무료 취소 기간 있는 줄 착각하고 결제했는데 취소 못해서 어쩔 수 없이 숙박했다. 화장실에선 찌린내 올라오고 에어컨도 어느 시대 에어컨인지 골동품인 줄 알았다. 단 하나 그래도 좋았던 것은 주변 야시장이 있다는 것과 직원이 그나마 친절하다는 것이다. 수영장, 이것도 수영장이냐? 더럽고 좁아서 물에 들어가기도 싫던데 다른 나라 외국인들은 좋다고 놀더라. 내가 예민한게 아니라 한국인 대부분이 이 호텔에서 숙박한다면 기겁을 할지도 모른다. 한국인을 위해 내가 이 후기를 남긴다.

Très bon acceuil, personnel sympathique et propriétaire français qui donne de bons conseils. Petit bémol, un peu bruyant la nuit mais on est prêt du centre animé ce qui est bien le soir.

Отель отличный,чистый, уборка каждый день, кондиционер работает на пять, ТВ показывает множество каналов, WiFi отличный, не тупит, фен, холодильник, чайник всё работает. Есть ванные принадлежности мыло, шапочки, ватные палочки, нет зубных щёток и нет сушилки для полотенец. Бассейн на крыше маленький аккуратненький, вечером купаться одно удовольствие. всё в пешей доступности базар, магазины, аптеки, бары, рестораны и прачечные. Вообщем на пять.

Unfreundliche Rezeption
Die Rezeptionistinnen waren leider ziemlich unfreundlich, die nicht "Hallo" sagen konnten, bei kleinen Nachfragen genervt und überfordert wirkten. Zum Beispiel auf die Frage, ob es möglich wäre Wasser zu bekommen, da wir sie am Tag nicht bekommen hatten, wurde immer wieder auf morgen verwiesen und dass sie jetzt am Abend das Wasser nicht ausgeben könne. Nach wiederholenden Bitten und Diskussionen meinerseits habe ich das Wasser bekommen. Die Rezeption schien lieber Filme über Handy zu schauen. Die Reinigungskräfte hingegen waren sehr nett und freundlich. Zimmer und Balkon waren recht groß. Sauberkeit war gut.

Dear Madam, We put water for free in the room during the day. if you drink it, we don't provide more bottle of water for free. You need to pay extra water, like in all the hotel in the world. Or you wait for the day afterto get some more for free....!!!! About my staff, i will talk to them if they are not friendly at reception. Gilles director

ビーチまで20分くらいの距離があるためバイクレンタルが必須です
開放感のあるフロントで綺麗に掃除されてて素晴らしい。フロント前にあるたくさんのテーブルは近くの屋台の食事を買ってきて自分含め食べてました。 部屋はとても綺麗で最低限の設備は全てあるので心配いりません 特筆するのは6階のプール。海は見えませんがリクライニングチェアがありよかった。 海で遊んだ後屋上プールでビール飲みながら談笑してました。

Noisy partyhotel
We booked this hotel because it's a bit away from the party streets in Patong hoping it would be quiet. We couldn't have been more wrong. The first night we didn't sleep for a minute because of a group of Russians going crazy in the corridors the second night a couple fighting kept us awake. If plan to party and trash the hotel this is the place for you if you plan to sleep go someplace else.
Dear sir, this problem happen sometimes. I fixed it the day after and these bad people left hotel. i 'm sorry for this problem. Gilles director

tæt på det meste og alligevel rimeligt roligt
har nu været der 2 gange inde for 4 månder og vis jeg skal til patong bliver det helt sikkert dette hotel. ikke noget luksus men aligevel er der hvad man skal bruge lille pool på taget elevator dejligt stort værelse og badeværlse men frem for alt personalet er søde venlige og hjælpsomme med alt og ejeren og hans kone hilser altid som man er gammle venner de kan sørge for tøjvask taxa shoppingsteder ture m.m. og de har de bedste priser. der må ryges på balkongen og i lobbyen døgnbetjening. ikke luksus men nærmest hjemmeligt kan varmt anbefale dette hotel hvis man gerne hvil bo billigt men godt og meget centralt inden for 5 min gang er der det største madmarked i patong 8-10 minikiosker der er åbnet 24 timer spisesteder i alle prisklasser alt hvad du har brug for er der og 10 min rolig gang til stranden

herligt sted tæt på alt
har lige været her i 21 dage dejligt hotel ikke luksus men nærmest hjemmeligt, store værlse og stort badeværlse fantastisk personale der gør alt for en selv om man har sagr ingen rengøring i dag og man så lige går en tur er værlset ordnet når man kommer tilbage. hotellet ligger nok i det mest stille område men aligevel tæt til alt 2 min fra det største madmarked 5 min til diverse bare 10 min til stranden vil helt klart bo her igen og kan kun anbefale dette hotel

1 semaine dans cet hotel très bien passée, le lit un peu dur, mais vu le prix très bas, la chambre est propre, l'air co fonctionne, chambre assez grande avec coffre fort, le ménage est pas fais tout les jours mais bon, idem reçu 1x 2 bouteilles d'eau pour toute la semaine, sinon douche très très bien et piscine sur le toit agréable mais peu profonde, facile d'accès avec location de motorbike à l'entrée de l'hotel, le pied, marché pour manger à 2 pas et tout les shop à 2 minutes, très bon emplacement

Sicuramente non è il massimo ma comunque come pulizia va bene e la posizione é discreta..il personale inesistente le informazioni che da sono scarse date dal fatto che parlano nemmeno sufficientemente la lingua inglese...per spostarsi esistono varie soluzioni alcune anche a bassissimi costo.Non vi affidate nel rimanere solo a patong
