Had to move to different hotel in chain
We had asked for a balcony. When we got to room, the view was of a dirty hotel and grounds across the street. The bathroom floor got VERY flooded every time we used the shower. The room was outdated and no comfortable chair to use. The pictures were sure different than the actual place! So we requested to move to the other hotel, Andaman, in their chain. It was much better and modern. View was of a nice garden across the street. Only drawback, we were charged quite a fee to move!

Good location
Good location. Small pool bar though adequate Some rooms have no window just a veranda leading to lobby with wooden bars. Felt a bit like a prison cell.

Most tours at Phuket start early in morning and the brkfst served at hotel starts at 7:00. So customers have to go in for Brkfst box which contains just a small fruit, a bun, a butter, a yogurt, and if luckily your tour gets delayed and you have a coffee at the brkfst buffet they will charge you 200 Bhat!!! Best part is they wont inform you about this. The staff as well as the owner dont understand the simple things, they are just there to loot money from gullible customers. Would not recommend it for anyone, there are many other hotels in the surrounding which offer better facilities at cheaper cost. The only sour moment in our Thailand trip was booking room at this hotel.

An excellent three star hotel
I have stayed here twice on my trip (in between a trip to Phi Phi). Well located (a ten minute walk from the beach or the crazy night life), but far enough away to be quiet. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I thought it was very good value and was a nice place to spend a few days before and after Phi Phi, where the accommodation isn't as nice.

Fine, but a few improvements needed
Good - Clean rooms suitable for short stay - Pool is nice - 10 minute walk to central Patong Bad - Large stains on linen provided - Noisy corridor and staff. The hallways echo into the rooms making it difficult to sleep - average Breakfast box (as I was unable to stay for breakfast) included 2 piece of bread, butter, an apple, a spoon, straw and a bottle of water. This was a touch confusing and could easily be improved with the inclusion of a condiment, a knife instead of a spoon, perhaps a small juice. Overall: Would probably stay again if no better hotels were available and only for short stay. Was good for the price.

Nice hotel for a descent price in patong
The staff is very welcomming. Hotel is maintained well. Not loxurious but fair for the price. Breakfast was nice -we really liked the pancakes. Location is good - approx. 10 minutes from main street and beach, but in quite area.

great budget find
Spotlessly clean rooms & common areas, helpful front desk staff, great breakfast, approx 7min walk to Patong Beach. Great hotel for a couple of nights ESP if say transferring to other islands. I personally can't imagine spending a holiday in Patong..SO overdeveloped & this hotel definitely doesn't have a resort feel but good for a brief stay..

best place we have stayed in Thailand
The hotel is the cleanest we have seen in Thailand, quiet and well kept. The managers, a very nice French couple, take good care of everything. The clients are mainly russians. Excellent locationsp. You can walk anywhere. Very nice night market just next door.
