Nice and clean hotel, great value
For the price we paid our room was really nice and very clean with great air conditioning. Only major issue was we didn't have wifi in our room for most of our stay as they hadn't paid the bill. The guy did pay it by our last night so not a problem overall. Would recommend

Nice Room with a terrace, water in the shower was cold though the entire stay. During my stay someone in the area assaulted me outside a 7-11 and stole my wallet.

Hotel in quality reasonable price
The main quality of this hotel is the quality of the reception made by the staff as well as the French-speaking manager. The room was such as on photos. The room was very clean. The coffee is good. We can find Thai restaurants or Westerners nearby. The beach is a little taken away but it is correct for those who want to discover a district mainly seen frequently by the Thais.

Very nice hotel
Was a very nice hotel. 2 Greek owners, friendly, helpful and just all round nice guys. The room was great value for money and we will definitely stay there again!

Worst Place I have ever stayed!
Hotel was essentially closed down when I arrived! No one answered the phone call I made on the way to the hotel from the airport and no one was there to check me in - I had to wake up one if the tenants to find someone to let me in my room. First room had nothing, not even bedding on the bed! Second room at least had bedding. No restaurant as advertised - it was completely gone! Needless to say, I changed hotels as soon as I could! I was never properly checked in or out as there was no staff, only a young woman who served as the "caretaker". I was completely fooled by the ad on Expedia.ca and the "good" reviews?!? This place was not anything like it claimed to be!!

靠近patong的bansan,但地點難找
老闆專注禮待外國人，對亞洲人普普通通。 但勝在房間價格平宜。 不足之處是沒有熱水和房間電視維修中及附近有裝修工程進行。 房間正常簡潔。

Cheap, clean and friendly.
The staff was really friendly and helpfully. The room was clean and really cheap. The lobby was smelly and dirty though. But it was such a low cost that it was worth it.

5階建てだがエレベーターがない。
5階建てだがエレベーターがない。 スタッフが往復ともに運んでくれたが、日本語ができるスタッフがいないので、運んできてほしい旨を伝えられるレベルの英語が話せないと厳しいかと思います。 部屋じたいはとても綺麗でした。 今回利用したのは、夜中にプライベートに到着したため、寝るだけだったので、安いホテルを探したくて利用しました。 なので、総合的にみて、この金額なら満足です。

Ennen varausta minulla on tapana katsella Tripadvisorista hotellin saamia arvosteluja, nähtävästi tämä on ollut joskus Kreikkalaisen pariskunnan omistuksessa ja kiva paikka, mahdollisuudet paikalla on siihenkin. 11/2015 Hotellin takapihalla, jossa siis 60% huoneista sijaitsee on iso rakennustyömaa. Varattua isoa ylemmän kerroksen huonetta ei saanut vaan huone oli ns metsän puolella ja ihan rakennustyömaan vieressä, työmaahan on siis matkaa thai tyyliin noin 3m. Huoneeseen kuuluvan pulloveden sai vain pyytämällä, kuten siivouksenkin, hyvityksenä huoneen vaihdosta tarjottiin kaksi pulloa vettä, mikä jo siis kuului huoneen hintaan. Hotelli kauppasi ulkona kyltissä huoneita 400b/yö hintaan. Avaimet kuuluu lähtiessä jättää tiskille, vastaanotto ei ota avaimia eikä anna niitä, vaan kaikkien matkalaisten avaimet oli siinä tiskillä, mistä sai sitten omansa ottaa jos löysi, safetybox ei toiminut.. Kaikenkaikkiaan pettynyt tähän hotelliin, kierrän Aasiassa noin 6kk useampana talvena enkä nyt ihan maallikoksi enää itseäni lue näiden majoitusten kanssa. Vaihdoin saman hintaluokan paikkaan 99 Residenceen ja se oli tasokas pienen budjetin hotelli :)

O hotel é bom. Precisa de reparos em geral, mas atende bem para uma confortável estadia. Longe da praia, 30 minutos andando. Muita oferta de táxi e tuk tuk, além de 7-11, Makro e Tesco.

Nicht mehr wieder zu erkennen !!!
Nachdem der Besitzer gewechselt hat ist dieses schöne Hotel nicht wieder zu erkennen !!!! Die Zimmer werden erst nach mehrmaligen bitten sauber gemacht !! Die Dusche wurde nie richtig warm !!! Und die Größe der Suite gab es nicht !!!! Kleiner !!!! Vor einem Jahr unter Führung des italienischen Besitzer wäre das alles nicht so !!! Also nur preiswert !!! SCHADE

Отель на троечку. не совсем дешевый. есть отели за такую же цену, но намного ближе к мору и развлечениям. Ночью шум дороги и кафешек напротив мешает спать. в номере для кровати не предусмотрено ни одеяла, ни простыни (укрываться только покрывалом, которое не понятно когда стиралось). В душе не предусмотрено полотенец (есть только 1 полотенце для всего))), шампунь и гель только для одного постояльца, неудобно расположен душ (когда моешься, то на полу море)))

pire séjour
Service et propreté de la chambre laborieux. Guère mieux pour la réception et l'environnement. Parfois pas d'eau chaude voire même d'eau dans la salle de bain. Très mauvaise fréquentation. Je préfère m'arrêter là.
