Friendly staff clean hotel roo The location of the hotel is nice. Little away from the bustle of main road. Yet very close. Nicely maintained property. Staff is very warm n friendly. Close to many important things. 7 eleven Currency exchange Indian dining options. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. Bathrooms and the balcony were very spacious. Snacks and water refill every day was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Final day early morning checkout was handled very well with breakfast prepacked and ready. Pool and gym was very well maintained. Location was awesome with the only issue being the backside of the building smelling a little bit (overlooking from our balcony). But everything was walking distance - night market, beach, restaurants. Breakfast was awesome everyday with great variety. Ramada should pull their name from this place. Housekeeping doesn’t exist and the rest of the staff is very unfriendly. Breakfast is like feeding time in a zoo.
