They gave me a room facing a wall, so I didn’t like that, and the Wi-Fi was way too slow good for email and texting, but not good for anything else A lot of over the top noise in the room next to me however, the management did quiet him down a little bit. I left a few days early just cause I didn’t see any reason to punish myself, even though there was no refund of course

The bed was just slightly softer than the floor. However, my biggest issue with this hotel was they require a $2000 baht deposit that must be cash - no credit card. When we checked out they had the log that showed we had paid the deposit and their copy of the receipt. However, they were not going to return the deposit unless we produced the receipt. We had the receipt but they seemed to be gaming to take the deposit. The breakfast was average and the location was ok.

The staff were helpful & friendly. The only grumble would be the choice of Western breakfasts. I only used it once, preferring to use a nearby restaurant which offered a better choice, & the food was hotter. If I return to Patong, I would still consider staying there though.

Great stay
Always enjoy my stay at the hotel, it was great to take whole family. Convenient location for food and massages. Two nice pools and a well equipped gym. Great helpful and friendly employees. It was a shame to leave early due to the Corona Virus situation!

Good stay, recommended.
It was a great stay, location was good and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was terrible on the fourth floor and we had bed bugs on the last night. Overall a good hotel, I recommend it.

The staff was very friendly, and always willing to help you. Good location, 10 min walking to Patong Beach, 5 min walking to Bangla Walking Street, many restaurants, stores, massage places as soon as you get out of the hotel. Swimming Pool was also very nice, breakfast is good (not marvelous, but enough for any taste). Some events on site, like Pool Party, BBQ night, and always good music at the Swimming Pool. The room was very clean, but it did not have toothbrush, luckily I always carry my own things. You can easily buy whatever you need in a near by convenience store. Shower works perfectly, the air conditioner sometimes is difficult to control (too cold). Overall very good, and it is a place that I will definitely stay again if I have a chance.

Don`t bother. All the great reviews MUST be fake
Loud construction all day long. Horrible. I came to the property at 4pm. Was told I would have to wait 30 minutes for a room. Asked if I could receive a late checkout , the next day( 30 min) was told N0 ! Other guests needed the room. Why did I have to wait for my room at 4 pm and then I get tossed out the door at 12 noon. Not worth it. Rundown , noisy , staff couldn`t be bothered. Never again

Warning warning warning!!! If you like to go party at Bangla road alll night, you will not be able to get sleep!! There is some construction next to hotel. Whatever they are doing makes loud banging starting early in the morning and shakes the whole hotel. Cannot sleep day time! No good!! Help! 3 days no sleep because bang bang bang all day! Do not book this hotel until construction finished!!!

Lots of construction noise building high-rise building right next door started March 2019 everybody friendly but was trying to charge me for slippers that were on the balcony, missing water that was behind their other products in the refrigerator oh, both times I had to wait for them to look, and they find it

Hidden Gem
Beautiful hotel, excellent value, staff very friendly and helpful, two lovely pools.The location is very good close to the beach restaurants and nightlife but because it is in a lane it is quiet. Would highly recommend this hotel.

No complaint atall a good clean resort in a great location friendly staff nice room , only negative thing i can say was i booked a pool side room maybe my error thinking a pool side room is a room next to the pool but its a room in the same side of building as the pool

Staff other than manager are very friendly. Swimming pool is good. Bfast is ok, not much variety. Very quiet and calm, deposit can be given by credit card, but the manager never informed and i had to give 2000 bhat because of bigger room. Shower water is just luke warm and not hot at all. Rest is ok

This hotel was advertised as a three star hotel and it is nowhere near tree star quality. Rooms were dated and smelly and dirty and noisy. When I lay in my bed to relax the bed linen also smelt. I booked the deluxe room which promised a garden view. There was no garden view, just a clump of electrical wires that were buzzing constantly. I left within 20 minutes of checking in and went somewhere else. There was no way I could stay there.
