Great little hotel with a cafe, clean, well maintained, great staff. Quite in the evening. Hotel provides transportation free of charge to some popular beaches and lookouts, overall I would stay here again, we moved to a different hotel after and were missing this place.

This was a great find for us. Nice and quiet, but you could easily get a Grab to the action spots or shopping, nice beach, etc. Staff were super. The place is family run, and it shows in how well it's run and how well they look after their guests. Would stay here again. Great pool area, nice breakfast. Recommended.

An excellent place to stay. Nice rooms, nice property and pool, excellent food in the restaurant, and very friendly and helpful staff. About a 5 minute walk to Rawai Beach, maybe10 minutes to the Smart Bus stop.

Great stay! Enjoyed hanging by the pool and relaxing while we settled into Thailand. Clean room with lovely shower. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Only recommendation is for the staff to be more accurate about timing to closing the kitchen. When we arrived we were informed room service was available and as soon as we got to the room we called to learn that the kitchen closed an hour early, after even checking with the hotel receptionist. Was a bit disappointed after a very long travel day. Other than that would highly recommend!!

The resort locates at a quiet spot but with plenty amenities, like 711 next door and barbershop, restaurant. There’s also 2 laundry service providers nearby. The free shuttle is quite helpful to reach the beach and fish market for great seafood dining. The Wi-Fi quality is awesome.

The hotel was quiet and close to all amenities. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We had some difficulty accessing the safe and the pool had something in it but the staff were amazing and so friendly.

Fantastic low-key stay
Fantastic charming small resort. Excellent, spacious room. Beautiful pool. Friendly staff. Everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Very convenient location a short walk from town and with food spots and a 711 next door. Would definitely stay here again. Decent beach is a 10 min walk or free shuttle away.

What a fantastic find, with amazingly cheerful and helpful staff who literally couldn't do enough for us. A great spacious and well-appointed room and the bed had the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on - fantastic. We will return for sure and can't recommend the Navatara highly enough.

Amazing! The staff were friendly and went beyond. I broke my ankle the day we arrived. What could have been a nightmare turned into a great experience. Everyone was helpful and kind. The best place to start recouperating! Stay in the pool Access rooms. Quiet and Thai style. Clean. They offer free rides to certain places around Rawai and because of my situation they dropped us off and picked us up every day from around Rawai free of charge. I will definately return - 5 star service for a lot less $$ - not that this is all that matters. More importantly you are treated with respect and kindness.

Very cozy and green hotel with a beautiful pool that doesn’t smell like chemicals. Good location and a free shuttle bus taking you to the beach or fish market. It might show some wear and tear but it doesn’t matter since everything was very clean and worked well. Helpful staff. Good wifi and decent breakfast. Also, thank you for letting us check out late free of charge. Would definitely recommend to stay here and can’t wait to be back. Iryna.

I liked the property a lot. The pool is right in the middle, and if you are on the lower floor, you can go right into the pool from your room.

Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. Large and amenities galore. Just far enough out of town that you could walk yet no noise. Located next to a jungly area so you could hear a beautiful bird singing. Infinity pool was beyond lovely. So glad we decided to stay with this hotel.

Beautiful resort. 5 Stars for sure! Serene & close to “things to do.” The staff was excellent. The shuttle took us to a few local places we wanted to visit (for free). The food from their restaurant was pretty but disappointing. So, we only ate there twice. From this location, it is easy to get to nearby islands by longboat. Just go down to the beach and yell “boat!” Best bed I’ve slept in, in Thailand. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff is great, the property is beautiful and very well kept, and the service exceptional. It's a smaller resort which probably helps give a more welcoming feel, but the staff definitely add to this too. I was really pleased with the breakfast, glad I opted for it at booking, and the shuttle service to Nai Harn Beach was a bonus I didn't expect/know about when booking. I highly recommend Navatara Phuket Resort!

The staff really made our stay impeccable. We didn’t want to leave! The poolside room was perfect, so relaxing to sit by the water and have room service delivered. Recommend the red wine and spring rolls, the best we’d had in Thailand! They couldn’t have done enough for us and were so friendly to boot. The only improvement I’d say is the WiFi isn’t great, but it was a small fault compared to all the positives.

Excellent hotel semi resort. Staff very helpful, kind and outgoing to help. Room service 2nd to none, great thai food. Room with pool access is amazing , no swiming time restrictions, accessible 24/7. A little far from the centre and other local hangout locations , but no problem if you have scooter or transport. Stayed for 7 nights, Great overall!!
