Very beautiful places , the employees were very friendly I’d highly recommend staying there, and its walking distance to most of the strip the beach and food.

The Nap Patong was a nice hotel and super convenient. We were able to walk to Bangla Road within 10 minutes but we’re still far away from the noise and traffic. The room service was not all that and the menu was very limited. We stayed in the Villa and it was lovely but pretty dark inside. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

This hotel is very clean from the bathrooms to the work out room. The Spa was also very clean and lovely. The room was nice and cool. Fresh bottles of water everyday. They quickly brought us towels for our water excursions the night before. You only need to call and they come as soon as possible. It's a lovely property and a VIPs, we received a free buffet breakfast every morning. It was delicious and wonderful! They had an egg and omelet bar, espresso bar, fresh fruit, pastries, salads, and brunch dishes that varied each morning. It was really special every day! Great job NAP PATONG!

We loved staying at the Nap Patong. We had a room with the plunge pool but they offered to upgrade us but we preferred the room we booked! Everything was perfect here from breakfast to the location to the beautiful king room we stayed in. It really made our few days in Phuket special!

This is hotel is reasonable for the price. The rooms are just fine, some need new furniture and decoration. Breakfast was average, I had much better. Used once the gym, air conditioning was not functioning. The location is very good, and if you need- you can find money exchange next to it, with good rates.

Clean and cozy. Felt comfortable. However, the gym does not have AC, the treadmill did not work properly. They kept me to wait for more than 20 mins to check the room when i did check-out.

Everything essentially was terrific, except the breakfast buffet could be worked on. Always a long line to get coffee, not necessary. And the long wait to get eggs when they could just have a pile of scrambled eggs easy for the picking, not necessary.

The hotel is fantastic and not busy busy crowded. The only thing I did not like is the dampness in our room. It really affected my sleep. We could not get dry and was disappointing for such a hotel. Worst feeling waking up in the middle if the night with sweat on my chest, damp blanket, in freezing ac.

What I liked: Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Room was clean. What I did not like. Room design is terrible. Lighting not good. Bed is large but stands on side and bed is very low. Overall design of room is not good. On the breakfast, just OK. Waiting too long for coffee. Two machines but they are slow and always have to wait. Pictures nicer than what you actually see
