Spotlessly clean, staff can’t do enough to make your stay perfect. Breakfast more centred to Aisian tastes but good egg/omelette station. Very serene ambience to the hotel. My only criticism is the distance from Patong town, although they have a free shuttle 3 times a day. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Lovely style and feel to the place. We had a family room which was spacious and had great facilities. Pool area is lovely. The only drawback is it’s located at the top of a steep hill, so you are going to need transportation to get anywhere. But that’s obviously not the end of the world. The hotel themselves run a shuttle 3 times a day and bolt is cheap and easy. Amazing pools (they have two! All around the hotel and one of them has an amazing view of Kalim Bay and the Patong bay). I highly suggest to get a pool access room - it’s really great. The rooms were as in the pictures, the bed very big and comfortable and the room service SUPER quick. The breakfast and restaurant also very good, pretty high level. The hotel is 5 minutes in a car from the centre of Patong, but away from the noise and really quiet / romantic. The staff are a credit to this hotel, they couldnt have been more helpful throughout our stay. We were sad to leave them. The family room we stayed in, was immaculate and a great size for our family of 4\. It had everything we needed, from toiletries, to a well priced mini bar and flip flops and robes. Clean towels were provided daily along with pool / beach towels. The pool was lovely too and even though there only a few sun loungers, we did not struggle to get one each day. The pool has great views. Staff helped with arranging daily transport to the beaches, shopping and restaurant areas, which was cheap. Either a grab or tuk tuk. I would definately return to this hotel and honestly cannot thank the staff enough for a great experience. ##### Victoria Stayed 6 nights in Mar 2024 ### 4/10 Poor #### Harold Aug 18, 2025 Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities The hotel is marketed as 5-star, but both facilities and service fell short of that standard. The property felt dated, and communication was inconsistent, with messages through the Expedia app (including a request for transport) going unanswered. Its location is also less practical, with limited walkable cafés, shops, or convenience stores. On arrival at 8:15 pm, the only restaurant was closing at 8:30, leaving no dining options. Dinner service ends unusually early for a resort catering to international travelers. While the pool and sea view were excellent, the pool closed at 8 pm, and the fitness room offered only two treadmills and free weights. Guest rooms raised concerns. Door locks felt minimal, and a staff member entered with little notice to carry out repairs. Other issues included a leaking sink (repaired after reporting) and a crooked wall-mounted TV. Charges applied for basics such as ice and extra water, which could be handled more easily with vending machines. Policies also reduced the experience. A 3,000 THB cash deposit (or surrendering a passport) was required at check-in, more typical of budget hotels. At breakfast, payment was requested mid-buffet line before eating. I checked out early but was still charged in full. Staff said the no-refund policy came from Expedia, while Expedia later stated it was the hotel’s policy. There’s no spa or gym but there’s a small pool that you can utilise. Not much of a view ard the area. However the place is quaint with friendly staff. You cld dine in with room service and the food is excellent. Grab is also available. Our room overlooked a dilapidated and abandoned house so it gave a creepy feeling so just don’t look outside at nite. Patong beach is just out front and they provide tranport out, 10 mins ride. It’s an acquired taste. ##### Nur Huzaimah ### 6/10 Okay #### Johan Feb 15, 2024 Liked: Room comfort #### Not a five star property This is not a 5 star product, and it’s a pity that it is allowed to be marketed on Hotels.com as such. The pool is very nice and only few people occupy the pool area - really nice ( however one picture suggests a non existing pool bar). The hotel rooms are on the large size, reasonably comfortable and they are airy an have a nice view over the bay. Breakfast service is understaffed, food is not re-supplied in a reasonable pace, some of the hotel guests eat like this was their last meal, and the also bring food from the buffet. Front desk are unable to swipe a credit card for securing restaurant, mini bar etc / you are forced to pay a cash deposit of THB 3000 or deposit your pass port. There is no conseriege, nor piccolo service upon arrival. Some of the public areas are not properly cleaned (windows in hallways, dirty staircase, lots of old dead insects etc).
