Hôtel bien situé à patong par contre il faut de bons bras pour monter vos valises.. le personnel ne se pressera pas pour vous aider.. le personnel de ménage très souriant.. à l'accueil c'est une autre histoire.. belle piscine.. au calme.. mais y'a mieux.. petit déjeuner fruits pas frais.. peu de choix.. café bouillie rebouillie degeulasse.. quand à la pression dans la douche c'est inexistant! Staff did not speak English. So any problems and you are on your own. Didnt sleep for a whole night on my first day because of fighting next door room. Called reception 3 times only to find the next morning they had no clue what i was saying. We liked the big room nice view of the street from our room. Lots of restaurants and shops across the road. Little noisy because of traffic but didn't bother us. Had a nice pool we didn't get time to enjoy as we only had a short stay. Hotel on a high area and then more steps at front door our taxi driver just dropped us off at corner of street and we had hard time dragging our luggage up But we didn't know that we could have had help from the staff as they were very willing. On check out they helped with luggage.
