Great hotel, only one complaint..
I stay here routinely. Only complaint is that the air conditioning in some rooms seems barely sufficient cool the room. Staff are great.

The hotel is a bit remote, but this was fine with us since we were with a large group staying in a variety of nearby accommodations. The free bikes were helpful. Breakfast was good with excellent service. (This was the only meal we had at the hotel.) Our room was spacious, although it did have a lingering cigarette smell, and the large bed comfortable. The bath towels were huge! We were happy with staying on a higher floor so we could have ocean views. The levels of English vary from employee to employee. Be sure to check a variety of transport services to find the best price. Overall, it suited us for a lovely weekend get-away.

Amazing shower and comfy bed
Hotel was ok, great shower and comfy bed but management needs improving, no welcome or bell boy, for breakfast anyone can just walk in nobody around seating or checking. bird poop on sun beds and haven't cleaned in weeks etc... 2 star hotel with 5 star location

Training
The entire staff was in training uniforms. The staff was unsure about what restaurants and bars were open. We were put in the wrong room and had to change rooms. Once we got to the new room the a/c did not work.

Highly Disappointing
Highly disappointing. Hotel bills itself as 5 star beach resort and it isn't. Upon arrival we were rushed through an outdoor dirty dark hallway to our room. Room was spacious, but worn and slightly dirty, uncomfortable furniture, garish design, and bathroom lacked privacy. Similarly, the beach is disappointing, separated from the hotel by a canal. Same for the food, ok, but not for an establishment that bills itself as 5 star resort. Staff were hit or miss, with some eager to help and some treated us like a nuisance. Oh, and for some reason the hotel doesn't believe in hand soap. We requested hand soap for bathroom in our room and was told that there was none in the hotel - we ended up washing our hands with shampoo. If there was any positive it was the staff member in restaurant who went out of his way to ensure we received customized food we requested, and a driver who was genuinely helpful, friendly, and polite.

( You knew already how fresh beach) As room designed we can not do any as hotel designed, some guest accepted some of guest need privacy between, the warmed understood as a glass and facial to Ocean , might get warm in the after noon. for food we serve international menu, some of guest need special foods almost they order direct as a special requested. (Diabetic, allergic, Vegetarian) Sorry to here about the soap, actually in our standard is provided, assumed might be wrong communication or under stood from staff. . Nice stay but the hotel is very quiet. Loved having access to a spa pool right outside my room. Feels close to nature having river running behind the hotel. Tip - the hotel airport transfer is overpriced.

Having booked 3 rooms six months ago we received an email the day before arrival telling us they were overbooked. They offered an upgrade or downgrade as two options. We took the upgrade with a free meal sweetener. The upgrade was really an underused suit which was not as nice as the pool rooms we had booked. The compensation for the room change was OK but it is so annoying to book well in advance and then be told your booking really does not mean anything. We will not be going back even though we are locals and live in Thailand. Reservations must be honored.

Over An HOUR From Phuket. 60+ KMs No Exaggeration
I wanted to like this hotel. Pictures are beautiful and accurate. This hotel honestly was built to be a nice facility, and since it's relatively new, it still is. The staff is nice. This is where the good ends. 1. This hotel is truly in the middle of nowhere. I'm talking zero lights at night for the last 5 kilometers, random dirt roads, not much nearby (except for a few random small resorts with no food.) What this means is that you have no food options other than at the hotel, and even though this place advertises 3 options on property---THERE IS ONLY 1. The other two are literally closed down. Delivery options are an impossibility (for real.) Phuket town or Patong (the beautiful stuff that you want to see is about a 30-1hr drive from the airport, and this hotel is a 30-45 minute drive in the OPPOSITE direction from the airport. This means that when we looked for restaurant options in Phuket, all of our preferred choices were 60+ KMs away. Thank goodness I planned ahead of time after booking and we rented a car. Doing anything was like a day trip. 2. The food problem is compounded by the fact that what is being served is simply not fresh. I'm talking fries that were probably a few days old and crisped twice. I'm talking meat that was clearly reheated (and I don't say stuff like this unless I'm pretty certain.) My wife and I simply picked at our food and left it alone halfway through to be safe. The included breakfast had insects feasting on it more than humans ever could.

If you want a stay away from crowds, this resort is a good choice, a little far from the city however the awesome staffs are every helpful in providing excellent services. Staying in the resort to relax is just as great

Relaxing short break.
Great Hotel for a short getaway. Very private, out of the hustle and bustle of Patong. Secluded with no Food or bar options within walking distance which was a shame. Downside: Bus loads of very noisy holiday makers arrive at night and show little respect for others by using pool late at night which would be fine If they kept the noise level down from yelling/screaming/ shouting. Then ringing each others door bells at all hours of the night. Food at Hotel Restaurant was good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great value stopover in Phang Nha
I used this great value stopover in a nice new stylish hotel from Phuket airport (eve arrival) on way to Khao Lak. If was fine for a quiet, solitude night with nicely styled very spacious rooms. Beach over a lagoon so nothing exciting other than the pontoon walk over...

Clean but a bit run down.
Nice hotel with close location to the beach. Unfortunately both the spa and kids room were out of service which we had looked forward to as we were Travelling with kids. The Cafe is Also shut down and so La Perla restaurant is the only option. Closest restaurant outside of the hotel is 800m Walk down the beach. The hotel is clean But some areas need maintenance. We did enjoy the kayaks on the river (fyi However is that only above 19 years of age are allowed to use them so we coudnt go with out kids.)
Spa is shut down and you are adviced to contact the front desk

Dreadfully run down !! Biggest problem is staff say its a 5* hotel !! See the photos. Owner really needs to give up hotels if they think this is 5* - dirty, old and breakfast buffet worst ever seen !!! The pool is so dirty and water green plus tiles missing all over teh place. Hotels.com HOW can you allow hotels to say 5* when they are not ?

Really bad option
Bad and degradated hotel. Room with poor tv, uncomfortable bed, bad shower. The worst: food in this place. We had intoxication with the noodles shrimp. The pool had lights getting down inside water. The beach is beautifull, but full of rubish, plastic and much more. The hotel have 6 sunchairs at beach, surounded by plastic garbish. Breakfast is poor and you have to pay extra to get a coffee.

Kjempe fine og rene rom. Hotellet er ganske nedslitt i og rundt bassenget og under vann er det skarpe , steinete benker som ødelleger badetøyet når men sitter der. Det er også lett å skrape seg og få skrubbsår. Dette hotellet passer ikke så godt for barnefamilier på grunn av bassenget.

Romantik eller bara avkoppling
Vi blev uppgraderade till ett rum med pool access vilket gjorde att upplevelsen blev positivare. Allt runt omkring som en skön säng, trevlig personal och att vi var nästan helt ensamma på en härlig stor strand gjorde inte saken sämre. Det ligger lite avsides så tänker man sig uteliv och ett stort urval av resturanger är detta fel hotell. Önskar man avkoppling och en romantisk resa kan jag rekommenderar det.

Perfekt sted at starte eller slutte sin ferie
Away Phuket er et virkelig dejligt sted at tilbringe nogle dage. Her er ro og næsten ingen andre turister. Vi havde hele stranden for os selv, så langt øjet rækket. Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og ville gøre alt for at, vi fik det så behageligt som muligt. Deres mad smagte rigtig godt, både morgen, middag og aften. Vi kan anbefale at låne en af deres kanoer og pladdel på floden.
