Franchement l'hotel est très intéressant pour son emplacement et pour les traifs pratiqués. So is fine only a bot of drinks. When they make up our room i think never vacuum or mop the floor.. still dusty , and never change the room slipper.. we stay 5 days 4 nights there wear the same room slipper.. Room soundproof very bad cos when got ppl walk pass or waiting for lift can hear it. Pillow tooooo soft cnt sleep well.. beside tat everything is good. Near mall. Night market n Bangla st. Great Location, Close to the entertainment district. Maybe some shade umbrellas could have been good at the rooftop pool. Bar never opened at the rooftop bar while we were there at the end of August. Overall a good modern hotel, but didn't have room service. The Aircons worked well and the TV's actually had a choice of westerner viewing, but found the reception to be a little ordinary at times. Staff were very helpful but spoke very quickly making it hard to understand the English. Liked it so much I stayed again on 1-Feb-2018 for 3 nights in superior room 205 without breakfast. The first stay, a shower screen separates the shower from the rest of the bathroom, however the floor seemed permanently wet. Either the extractor fan was no good or not working. The second stay the floor was less damp. The 8th floor rooftop pool had the standard café table & chairs but there were no sun loungers or deckchairs. The lift has a touch-screen panel but no porters to help with your luggage. The room has a kettle but no cups and no coffee/tea. The receptionist on my first stay was wonderful. My second stay was not so good: On the 2nd day at 13:00 I asked for my room to be cleaned, I had to remind them again at 15:00pm when I returned to the hotel. Room was finally cleaned at 16:00pm. On 1st day I requested for late checkout for day-3, the receptionist stated they may be full but she will enquire. On the 2nd day I enquired about late checkout, a different receptionist said they have made a note of it. On 3rd day, checkout day, yet another receptionist named ‘Fai’ stated there was no notes on her system regarding my request. When I described the other receptionists Fai claimed no one fitting those descriptions worked there. She finally offered me 4-hours late check-out for the price of a full-nights stay which I refused. Das Hotel siehst gut und modern aus, schöne Zimmer aber sehr sehr schlechte WIFI Connection, hab paar mal angesprochen aber die reagierten nicht drauf. Das Personal nett außer einer Rezeptionistin die sehr unfreundlich war und das lachen aufgesetzt hat wenn man das Problem mit WIFI angesprochen hat. Pool schön oben aber leider keine Liegestühle oder Stühle schade !
