They couldn’t assist with absolutely anything. They were an hour and a half late with our room and offered us juice. When I request an alcoholic beverage, they said we can’t do that. They couldn’t give us any change for our baht unless we bought something. This is not the experience we’ve had all over Thailand. You could not get a right outside of the hotel so we had to make contact with someone and pay extra to try to get somebody to take us away from the resort. It was impossible to fill up the tub. I even tried with the lukewarm water and with how bad the water pressure is, only filled up about 8 inches and I used the water boiler in the room to boil water three times and when I sat in it it was still cold. Gave up on that idea which was a major bummer as it’s why I booked the hotel.
