Some of the staff were good. Some of the staff we not so good. The towels smelled of smoke from the laundry. It seems the supplier was smoking whilst washing them and really not great The penthouse was a little dangerous as the rail up the stairs could easily fit a small child and the fall would have been 15 Ft. There was only 2 restaurants so limited choice and the food was the same every night. Quality was 3/10 We met the GM and he seemed nice and offered us a free dinner, but they messed up the order and then offered us dinner the second night. but we would rather just have a hassle free evening.

Beautiful and spacious pool villa opposite beach.
We loved our 2 bedroom pool villa opposite the beach. Definitely luxurious and huge for a family of 4!! Private pool was huge - not a little plunge pool that you usually get. Club house was fantastic open all day for food and loved cocktail hour - all included in the villa costs. Free entry to splash jungle which the kids loved. Being beside the airport - you have to expect the plane noises, but you do get used to it. Loved the once in a lifetime opportunity to get so close to the planes taking off and landing. Would definitely stay here again in pool villa.

Not a five star resort
This is not a 5 star resort. We have stayed at several 5 star in this area and this one is not close. Rims are good, look is good. Food is poor mainly priced cheap ingredients, staff don’t seems to know what there doing on f and B side.

All of staff are good and polite. Especially thanks for Tan-restaurant manager and Alina- receptionist. Hotel is good even a bit far a way from city but hotel facilities can fulllfill all needs. We like the water park much.

Bad service and daily clean up sucks, didn’t clean up the whole room, kitchen and even not changing towels. Asked for buggy and waited for over 20 mins. Very bad experience in this hotel

Хороший отель, большая территория, рассчитана на семейный отдых. Минус: уборка в номерах, платный аквапарк и для проживающих в этом отеле - день 3000 бат (2 взр., 2 реб.)

We enjoyed our stay tremendously, hotel is v close to a nice and quiet beach and room service is excellent. We booked for the penthouse suite with pool and was given free upgrade to a 2 BR villa with pool as some penthouse units are closed for renovation. The club lounge benefits are fantastic with complimentary beverages and some light snacks almost round the clock & even complimentary mid day soup! Thumbs up, really enjoyed our stay with awesome experience:)))

The grounds of the hotel are lovely but once inside the rooms, they are basic and plain. Seemed more like a 2-3 star. Building work still taking place, noisy. Would not stay again! View from room was a building site.

Beautiful hotel, but mainly stayed for water park But got told two days before our arrival that the park would be closed for maintenance (which l understand it has to be done but more notice should of been given. We had 4 very very disappointed kids) There was a deal that you could get 50% off entry. We asked if we come back later in week (not staying at hotel) we could still get the discount entry. But no we couldn’t

HUGE Resort near airport & beside water theme park
Ride from the airport to resort takes 10mins. We stayed at block 7. Buggy ride is mostly available to bring us around the resort. 2 out of 4 restaurants are available. Breakfast was okay. Buffet dinner not so worth it. Water park right beside resort is payable (it would be great to be free for resort stayers) 45 mins to go patong or Phuket old town.

酒店有新、舊座, OCEAN 9 會較舊
原先分了OCEAN 9, 但我上年入住住OCEAN 7 是新的，所以即時要求給我改回OCEAN 7，酒店職員很好即時安排給我，讚! 今年有新的KIDS CLUB，隔壁就是WATER PARK, 雖然比上年加價了，但酒店住客CHECK IN時會點一張50% OFF COUPON 全個住宿入去玩會平，都可以接受。WATER PARK小朋友玩得好開心，亦唔駛排隊，唔多人。 BUGGY 車今年亦加多了; 早餐好多選擇。 酒店內THAI RESTURANT 較貴，出酒店門口個間抵食好多，都好食。 下次再來布吉都會選擇仍。

Nice resort on the beach and close to airport
Spent nearly 2 weeks here staying at one of their many villas. Great accommodation, massive hotel grounds so need to get buggy to get around. Did have a leaky AC unit but they fixed it straight away. Great water park, very clean, quite expensive. Would definitely recommend and return.

The right place for family to enjoy water park and stay in family room. The resort is quite big area easy to walk and also puggy car service every 15 minutes. The room is very big and comfortable bed. The staffs are all very polite and good service mind I would like to return again next year.

Room quality was not great, but staff were friendly. The location next to the water park makes it excellent for a day out for the family. The weekend we were there, it was packed to the rafters, and people had to wait 30 minutes for Sunday breakfast.

Good water park and buffet
Very expensive to buy things there the spa was a ridicules price. The hotel staff didn't understand us we asked for the bath to be fixed but no one came after several calls. The pools were poor quality old and run down. The private beach was useable . There were no towels at the smaller pool. The shower was blocked each time we used it . The luggage went missing at checkout. Large deposit upfront 8000bt for 4 nights. The safe didn't work in the room asked twice nobody camd to help. The kids club was way over priced. Limited towels in the room and cooking equipment non existent. Room service was not flexible eg. Housekeeping came when ever they wanted to . Heaps of renovations going on very noise. There was no milk fridge and poor room cleaning. Just couldn't ring up and ask a question they either didn't understand or care.

Great, big hotel with lovely pool.
This is a really great hotel with many facilities. We loved the poolarea and big gardens around. The beach was nice although we couldn't bathe because of the waves. We got upgraded to a family suite and its clean and modern style. The airplanes didn't bother us, we slept well in comfy beds. The stuff took care of us at a professional way, thank you for your kindness! Breakfast was good and when we left to the airport in the middle of the night we got a breakfast bag with much food in it! We found a favorite restaurang nearby, called Red Mango. Loved the atmosphere there and the awesome food, go there! This is a great hotel to start and end your trip in Phuket. Good for the kids too.

Amazing resort with all that you need
Amazing resort with all that you need for a very relaxing holiday! Stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse with a pool which was fantastic. Near the airport but never bothered us because of all the excellent facilities and little extras. Kids loved the buggies that took us around around and the waterpark. The staff always made sure we had the best experience! Will definitively come back.

Disgusting Filthy beach area.
It was OK nice resort but was the dirtiest resort beach I have ever seen broken plastic everywhere and I mean everywhere even a big fridge with no door. Water park was not worth the money and that's why we picked this resort, One ride required maximum 3-6 people and it was only 2 of us so we waited 20 minutes and no one else came in the end one of the lifeguards came with us.Food was ordinary don't ask for a cold beer all you will get is warm.Fridge doesn't get cool. Nice room. Price of drinks ridiculous overcharge.

Good place to relax for the family
It’s a good place to stay - comfy and excellent service. Can be abit far from town (an hour drive at least) but peaceful and quiet for those who likes it. As it’s near the airport, it’s easy to get there by can be noisy at night and early morning.

was given a free room upgrade due to unavailability of the room we booked by Mr Ta who was very friendly and helpful. slight hiccup in that i assumed we paid for 2a2c, however when we checked in, we were required to pay for 1 extra guest. room was very good and comfortable and services were good. however, this resort is not recommend for light sleeper due to it's proximity to the airport.

Great facilities, super nice staff and the food from the restaurant was really good. It’s just 15-20 minutes away from the airport so a great option if you need to catch a flight the day after.

Family fun water park
Third time here and it is good to see some money being spent to upgrade and maintain the property, although there is still some glaring issues. Lots of changes to the water park, which has got a lot more expensive. Still recommend the hotel and park. Staff are great and hours of fun.
