Klasse Pool. Aufgrund von Corona war das Restaurant leider geschlossen und somit kein Frühstück im Hotel. Leider wurde die Bestätigung der Buchung für die Registrierung Thaipass erst nach mehrmaligen Anrufen geschickt. Ebenfalls wurde kein Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel organisiert. Da ingen havde for talt mig at hotellet var igang med en større renovering af 6+7+8 etage. Det vil siger der i dagstimerne blev larmet med diverse maskiner, således at den rolige, hyggelig og afslapnings ferie jeg havde bestilt blev totalt ødelagt af LARM. Det kunne være at hotel.com skulle overvejde om de ikke skulle tage dette hotel af deres program. Igen i år var personalet udskiftet til nyt, oppe i poolbaren var service rigtig ringende, ingen opmærksomme tjenere, og selvom der i hotellet informationsmappe stod at man kunne ringe og bestille rumservice, som fik man heletiden afvise at køkkenet var lukket. Så den afslappende ferie jeg skulle have haft blev ødelagt af, at jeg i tide og utide måtte forlade hotellet og komme væk fra larmen. Рядом куча подобных отелей. ( Мы побывали и в Хемингуэй силк хотел и Александр отель патонг). Но сира Гранде отель из них лучший. Пусть не на много, но в целом лучше. Бассейн на крыше побольше и поглубже. Завтрак- шведский стол,хоть о однообразно, но можно наесться, есть мясо, суп-пюре, к чаю и кофе булочки. в номерах чисто, воду каждый день приносят. Showing alot of wear and tear. My rooms air con vibrated very noisy. Staff came to repair it but it did nothing and i was left with the room. Air con duct in room woyld rattle and people had been putting toilet paper around edges to stop it.
