We really enjoyed our stay. The bungalow was cozy, nice and with a lovely bathroom, even better than the pictures! We felt relaxed and the place was quite, with just 4 bungalows in total! The area is super nice, with lots of restaurants, massages and sea food! Everything it's about 10 minutes walk from the place. If you need to rent a motorbike you can ask directly to Ismael, and in 10 minutes you will have it. About the excursions, it's better outside! We found this company called Ameena Travel in Kata Beach, and everything was perfect and with a good price too! There were just few little things in the accommodation that can be improved. Before to leave we report it to Ismael and he said that it's going to work on them very soon! Definitely recommend. We will sure come back If we are in Phuket again!

Fantastic stay at Bamboo Heaven Home!!!
My partner and I recently stayed at Bamboo Heaven Home (unfortunately, only for 3 nights - would have loved to stay for longer!) Ismael welcomed us as we arrived, having organised our airport transfer, and was on hand to help with any questions or queries we had throughout our stay, including organising a scooter rental for us. The bamboo bungalow we stayed in was brilliant; beautiful, clean, unusual as well as the gorgeous pool that ran through the middle of the bungalows with lovely plants surrounding it. We also had breakfast brought to our veranda every morning as soon as we stepped out of our room, which was the cherry on top of a fantastic stay. The whole place was great, it felt quiet, private and secluded while being a 10 minute walk/ 2 minute scooter drive from the beach and restaurants of Rawai. I cannot explain how much we enjoyed staying here, it was just stunning! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy a more relaxed and chilled time in Phuket or to anyone that wants somewhere a little bit more unique to stay.

Les bungalows sont super on est chacun dans notre coin avec acces piscine devant. Salle de bain en extérieur ambiance tropicale. A 10 min à pied de la plage. Nous avons eu un souci avec la climatisation qui a été résolu tout de suite par le personnel. Je recommande

Die Unterkunft ist großartig. Das Ambiente, die Einrichtung, alles was man benötigt ist vor Ort. Das Badezimmer ist genial! Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ganz ungewöhnlich für asiatische Verhältnisse, sowie die komplette Ausstattung des Bungalow. Es war einfach echt himmlisch. Man kann beim Aufwachen der Natur lauschen und die Vögel zwitschern hören und denkt im Dschungel übernachtet zu haben. Die Aufmerksamkeit, dass das Frühstück ohne Aufforderung direkt auf die Terrasse serviert wird unterstreicht ebenfalls diese Unterkunft. Kein Lärm, oder sonstige störenden Einflüsse. Allfällige Ausflüge und Wünsche wurden von Ismael perfekt erfüllt.

8 jours dans ce lieu magique,déconnexion totale dans ce petit paradis, si vous souhaitez déconnecter et fuir les complexes hôteliers, cet endroit est pour vous!! Un grand merci à Ismaël pour tous c'est bon conseil, à la charmante demoiselle qui vous dépose votre petit-déjeuner chaque matin à votre terrasse! Nous reviendrons dans quelques années ;) Philippe.

Hotel calme ,atypique, chaleureux agréable
Séjour très agréable entouré de nature et de calme Le propriétaire reste très disponible , chaleureux ,accueillant avec ses clients . Tres serviable et très bon conseillers pour découvrir les environs.Toujours prêt a rendre service il reste aux petits soins auprès de ses voyageurs .

Det var et perfekt sted. Stille og roligt, med byen inden for kort gåafstand, med de gode restauranter. Kort tur med Tuk Tuk til dejlige strande. Værten er yderst rar og hjælpsom . Sjovt at prøve at bo lidt anderledes, og med morgenmad serveret på egen terrasse.

Le petit paradis
Si vous cherchez le repos la gentillesse et l'authenticité et plus encore, stop vous êtes arrivés! Ismael, won et bee ( désolé pour l'orthographe...) sont aux petits oignons pour que vous passiez un super séjour. Toujours là pour réserver un taxi ou vous indiquer un petit resto enfin tout dont vous auriez besoin. C'est vrai, vous ne serez pas les pieds dans le sable sur une plage bondée mais si vous voulez vous ressourcer c'est the place to be. Tout juste dix minutes à pieds de rawai beach et déguster un poisson dans un petit resto sinon un petit scooter pour découvrir tout le sud et la vie est belle. Les cinq bungalows sont en bambou comme sur les photos du site,mignons tout plein! Pas d'arnaque vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. N'y allez pas trop nombreux je voudrais pouvoir y retourner, voilà ma seule inquiétude....

Hôtel calme et très agréable. Personnels serviable à souhait. Propreté irréprochable. Directeur ( Ismaël ) très compétent et très professionnel. Il vous aide dans toutes nos démarches ( inscription excursion, location de scooter, visite des lieux intéressante, lieux des marchés, restauration, commerce, vous sert de traducteur, gère vos déplacement selon nos besoins …. ) bref un directeur au TOP. Il était très important pour nous d'avoir ce côté rassurant que quoi qu'il puisse nous arriver, en seul coup de téléphone, Ismaël ( Directeur ) était là pour nous aider. Cet hôtel nous a comblé tant par son emplacement géographique, par le confort qu'il apporte, par son côté atypique. On si sent bien et complètement chez soi. Si comme nous, vous fuyez les grands complexes hôtelier, bétonné, impersonnel et bruyant, c'est dans cet hôtel qui faut venir. Chaleur humaine et sourire H24.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in dieser kleinen Anlage, bestehend aus 5 Bambushütten mit Klimaanlage und allem was man braucht... Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und Personal. Die Anlage ist gehegt und gepflegt, genauso wie die Bungalows. Ein Motobike ist unbedingt erforderlich aber auch günstig und unkompliziert zu bekommen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen !
