Finally one staff check in for us, but she even didn’t look at us for 1 second and kept showing her annoying face to us during the whole check in process. We are so disappointed with the arrangements and most of the signage are in Vietnamese. It is quite unacceptable for a five star resort to serve tourist like this, we even spent an hour to travel from Hanoi to the hotel to relax. Turnout it is a real unforgettable experience.
