This turned out to be an issue since the staff was not able to handle check in etc. efficiently. We did not get the room with a balcony that we had booked, but in the end it turned out quite well anyhow. Good selection for breakfast and nice little pool on roof top. The restaurant options in the surrounding area was great, very delicious food and Vietnamese coffee options. The room and bathroom was wonderful, air conditioning and shower was excellent. Access to the beach was less than 5 minutes walk and there were faucets out front to rinse off your feet if you don’t want to track sand. Grocery stores were ample if you need basic necessities. The spa option for the hotel was also very nice, probably one of the best massage therapists I’ve be encountered yet, she was really good at finding knots and very professional; nothing unexpected, felt safe, and allowed me to actually just doze off. The spa also had a hair washing option, was surprised they did cold water at first, but used warm water after the initial hair wetting. She really exfoliated my scalp and used a spray that helped soften my hair.
