However, after complaining they moved me to the secondary location which was very quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. No complaints about service, cleanliness or otherwise. Det var gott om plats. Det fanns kylskåp och vattenkokare. Tyvärr var städningen medioker och det vart mycket sand i rummet och de var dåliga på att fylla på toalettpapper. Poolen var fin men begränsat med solosångar. Närhet till stranden och restauranger var ett stort plus. Taxi till kvällsmarknaden kostade 20-30 000 dong vilket motsvarar en tia i svenska pengar. Det var ett mysigt hotell värt pengarna. Bra frukost som ingick. Der Pool sowie die Wege sind sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Frühstück einfach toll mit einer riesigen Auswahl und sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und haben eine sehr große Dusche, außerdem gibt es eine Schaukel auf jeder Terrasse. Man kann direkt einen Roller Vorort mieten und es wird sich super um alles gekümmert. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Um an den Strand zu kommen muss man zwar ein bisschen durch ein gerade im Umbau befindliche Gebiet laufen (Stand Jan 2019) aber selbst der Weg wird einem persönlich am ersten Tag gezeigt. Hotellet är supermysigt. Mycket grönt och fint i trädgården. Personalen är fantastiska och försöker göra allt för att du ska få en bra semester. Alltid någon som städar så mycket rent och snyggt. Du måste korsa en gata för att komma till stranden men inget bekymmer. Nära nightmarket och strand. Trevlig personal, god frukost, mysig miljö och en bra pool för den som inte orkar gå ner till stranden (ca 5 min gång). Läget är väldigt bra där den ligger på en sidogata upp från den stora gatan som går längs med Long Beach. Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. Liten fin pool med solstolar. Standardrummen något små och mörka men bytte till ett familjerum som var betydligt ljusare och trevligare. Hotellet ligger i en lummig och fin trädgård nära huvudgatan. The grounds are very nice and well taken care of. I loved the terrace so that I could sit outside and stay dry from the rain. The pool was in great condition. My room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own toiletteries. Breakfast was good but I'd suggest going early as some dishes were cool by the end - but they made eggs to order which was nice. ##### Verified traveller Stayed 5 nights in Aug 2017 ### 6/10 Okay #### Jonas, Dalarna Jan 16, 2017 Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities #### Prisvärt hotell med pool En smal smutsig och oftast geggig väg leder från huvudgatan ca 100m upp till hotellet vars skylt är.svår att se från huvudgatan. Hotellets område är fint med mycket växter kring bungalows och poolen. Poolen var grumlig med algproblem under vår vistelse men vi badade ändå. Frukosten är ok men ineffektivt organiserad så man får vänta länge på pannkaka och ägg om man inte är tidig. Bungalowen var ren och fin. TV utan ljud men ändå inget att se. Stranden nås via en kort promenad över huvudgatan och in till Moon Resorts strandremsa. Huvudgatan är hårt trafikerad utan övergångsställe. Man får kryssa mellan tutande mopeder och bilar som inte visar mycket hänsyn. Stranden är privat och man behöver en ny biljett varje dag som utfärdas gratis av receptionen. Utan biljett kan man inte hyra strandstol, beställa mat eller vistas på den lilla strandremsan som tillhör Moon Resort. Den långa stranden är för övrigt uppdelad mellan olika hotell där du inte är välkommen fast du vill betala för mat eller plats. Ett helt värdelöst system för den som är van vid att stranden är fri för alla som i Thailand eller Sverige för den delen. Wifi très faible et coupe souvent. Manque de rangement (e.g. tiroirs ou tablettes) Belle piscine. Petit déjeuner très bien mais manquerais quelques tables pour le nombre de bungalows. Hotellet ligger endast 3min ifrån stranden och man från en kupong för att få tillgång till ett mindre område på stranden som tillhör en resort. En nackdel under vår vistelse är att det pågår byggarbeten ganska nära hotellet och det hörs en del just på morgonen, dock blir det tyst så fort det mörknar. Men personal är hjälpas och rummet rent och fint å fräscht samt frukosten år riktigt bra. And it was. But we also had a booking there but they filled the room with some other people hoping that we wouldnt show up so they could cash in twice for the same room. The receptionist told us that they were very very sorry and helped us find another room in another hotel of the same standard which they paid for.
