Close to town, but quiet

A bit bumpy at check in, but the stay was overall comfy and quiet. Pool.was nice. Breakfast was acceptable.

Stayed here 4 nights, breakfast is ok the rooms are spotless and all at a good price, no hot water reported it but nothing done apart from a couple of small problems it’s ok, not sure if I would return to this hotel on my next trip. But, it’s definitely worth a stay.

Es war mal ein sehr schönes Hotel. Aber es wurde leider schon Jahre nicht mehr viel daran gemacht. Es liegt sehr ruhig mit vielen Bäumen drumherum. Was den Strassenlärm und die stickige Luft abhält. Die Zimmer sind angenehm gross mit genügend Ablagefläche. Aber leider sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück ist sehr bescheiden. Der Service ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Very reasonably priced hotel, centrally located, with lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The beach across the road is by no means the best on the island. It’s advisable to make the effort to go to beaches such as Bai Sao if you want a clean beach and clean water. The main town is walking distance and the hotel will rent you a car and driver for very good rates to go further afield (or get a cab).

Difficult check out

We extended our stay by a few days and the staff would not match Expedia pricing...but we decided to stay anyways as it was easier than moving...however when we went to check out the visa machine wasn’t working...they just stared at us like what were we going to do about it??? We had a cab waiting to take us to airport and they were in no hurry to fix problem....finally we went to go to cash machine down street and they freaked out that we were leaving....I had already showed them I didn’t have enough money to pay...how exactly did they expect me to get money?? Wished we had moved when we had the chance....

Nice hotel, in a good quiet area. Breakfast buffet is good. Room need upkeep. Our room, 302, has good view of the ocean but the walls have water stain and damaged.

Wonderful, beautiful hotel design and rooms

Our stay at this hotel is fantastic. We love the beautiful European style structures inside out. We like the high ceilings in all rooms and lobby. Also the lobby is so comfortable, roomy with nice seating for reading. We like the big outdoor pool and tennis court. Foods are pretty good. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Great services. I sure will 100% come back this hotel.

Amazingly and beautifully designed hotel.

Our stay was indeed amazing. We were impressed by the beautiful hotel architecture in all floors, rooms, lobby, restaurant, pool, tennis court, courtyards etc...We feel safe staying here. Well designed 3 wings of rooms with 2 or more safe exits. Stairs are gorgeously designed and safe Staff services are excellent and super courteous! Foods are so soso good. All of the above for such a reasonable & good cost for staying here. We will certainly return on the next chance available ! Thumbs up 100% satisfied !

スタッフはフレンドリー、親切でいいのだが・・・・・

部屋に全く引出類がない。これは泊まる客にとっては使いづらく不便である。入口の扉その他すべての扉が歪んでいて開け閉めが非常に硬い。壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の声がまる聞こえ。建築後、まだ日が浅いのに部屋には大きな亀裂。 スーツケースを置く場所がなく、トイレにトイレットペーパーのホルダーがないので使いづらい。その他いろいろと問題が あった。 フーコックではオンザビーチのホテルでないと、ビーチに行った際、居場所がない。ほとんどがオンザビーチの ホテルのプライベートビーチになっている。

Bra hotel och standarden var hög!

Fint hotell med bra läge! Frukosten var bättre än väntat! Ligger tyvärr på del sida vägen så rekomenderar familjer att välja annat hotell så man slipper risken vid passage av väg!

A good hotel on the strip

The hotel exterior is a bit gaudy but hotel itself was fine. Comfortable, clean, good breakfast, polite and helpful staff. The beach is on other side of the main road, but not much for swimming anyway. Hotel is close to night market and plenty of cafes, bars and eateries.

In general our stay was OK, except the hotel's control of next door drunk man who shouted and made noise every night. That disturbed everyone on the same floor and we could not sleep well at all.

Sehr nettes Personal, modernes Hotel

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Zwar können nicht alle englisch, doch meistens ist jemand englischsprachiges da. Und die anderen wissen sich im Zweifel zu helfen. Sie haben kein eigenen Strandzugang, allerdings kann man durch das gegenüberliegende Hotel zum Strand gehen. Man soll sich nur von der Rezeption einen Zettel geben lassen, den von uns aber nie jemand sehen wollte. Im ganzen ein schönes Hotel mit gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis. In der Minibar kostet eine Dose Pepsi beispielsweise 12.000 Dong was etwa 45 Cent sind...

one of the most terrible experience.

my stay here was so terrible. looked like no one was really trained how to serve their customers. from my arrival to leave, no one helped me carry my luggage, and 4days no wifi connection,and they kept saying they would change the wifi but never. anyone needs friendly staffs and good internet access, never ever go there
